Chris Travel Vlog Hi Chris from Usa.I have a question.im thinking about going to Thailand for a bit then to Myanmar.Should i obtain my visa here or when i get to Thailand?
We were in Bangkok last year and our Taxi driver didn't even know where Don Muang Airport was!!! We finally got there as our boarding gate was closing and somehow still made the flight!! Loving your videos - reminds me so much of my adventures in Thailand!
Mandalay... Yep! This is my home town and second largest city in Myanmar... There are many famous places like U Bain Bridge, Inn Wa( ancient city), etc. and many delicious foods... Welcome to our country!
Excited to see more of Myanmar! Sounds like the most unique country in SE Asia! How's the internet there? I'm nervous about not being able to work there.
So cool you get to stay at the monastery. This is going to be an amazing experience for you two. I understand the better safe then sorry. We were not sure if we could take our big drone into Turkey and I was so nervous but we had no problems. -Ash
MirandaTheAdventurer nah not for me. They are unhealthy. You should go to the big luxury organics veges market in myanmar. Im from yangon myanmar tho. Not that shop for me.
just found your videos and love them! Going to Myanmar in December...hoping to have as much fun as you guys!! Thanks for the tips...looks like the earthquake last year didn't hamper the beauty of Bagan too much...although I know there was alot of damage...so sad...
I think Big Sunday Market in Bangkok is called Chatuchak market. (Open on the weekends) I would recommend you to go to the Train Market at Srinakarin. (7pm-1am)
Jack The Human Visit Chin state! It’s the tribal part of the country! When people visit Myanmar, they only visit the capital state or cities. But rarely even recognize such thing as Chin State existed ( the tribal people ). The capital ( Burmese ) and the Chin State ( tribal people ), will still give you 2 hugely different perspectives. Almost like black and white.
I loved Myanmar, when I went there was no credit cards or atms. I had to get the pristine American notes, caused a minor stress before I got there as when I went to pick up my money in Australia it was FOLDED 😫 mad dash to a bank, then it was easy. Exchanged in a hole in the wall place on arrival, weirdest experience but only my second trip as an adult overseas. Talk about jumping in the deep end. But SO worth the adventure and the people are so welcoming. I loved the thongs and even had my uncle bring me back some when he went. Oh and the Banana pancakes. I hope I can go back one day.
Accidentally run into this vid. I'm Thai and I laugh my head off when I hear google translate! It literally translated to " We need to go to the market sun one very big". That's why no one "knows" about it lol! You could just say jj market or jatujak market then it's fine ^^
UK Guardian Myanmar authorities planned genocide against Rohingya, rights group claims Officials armed non-Rohingya civilians and suspended aid in months before Rakhine state, new research alleges Authorities in Myanmar made preparations for attacks against the Rohingya with “genocidal intent” in the weeks before last year’s purge, a rights watchdog has claimed. A report by Fortify Rights, a Bangkok-based organisation, alleges that officials carefully planned a systematic assault on the Rohingya community. The report, They Gave Them Long Swords, identifies more than 20 army and police officials responsible for alleged atrocities. These include figures at the highest level of the military command structure such as Myanmar’s commander-in-chief, Min Aung Hlaing, and joint chief of staff, Mya Tun Oo. #genocide #rohingyagenocide #rohingya #myanmar www.theguardian.com/global-development/2018/jul/19/myanmar-planned-genocide-against-rohingya-fortify-rights-claims-rakine-state
Yo it’s not actually illegal to bring in drones into Myanmar. Not too sure about mandalay never been there before but I went to Yangon with my dji drone and it’s all good. I’m a Myanmar citizen though so they might ask u a few questions if they see a foreigner trying to get in with drones but it’s not illegal. I’ve bring in drones for photography multiple times and it’s all good. 👍🏻
Flying The Nest you have to! The sunrises and sunsets there are like no other! I'm on my way to Inle Lake now then to Yangon before Phuket! Are you back in Thailand next?
Those places look so different to Australia and you probably would never find a massive monestry and people playing soccer for 2 hours off of grass. AMAZING.
Hi ! I like your videos, very informative. I'm heading that way, confused about local currency. Money changer don't have accessed to dollars in exchange for local currency?

I was wondering if you (or anyone else) has any information on any websites that tell you where you can fly drones. We are looking to purchase one but don't know where they are restricted. Yas
I'm Chinese and I prefer burgers in Thailand to Thai food 😂 but black sesame ice creams are in every Japanese restaurant in Sydney even. It's popular in china as well.
We urge your urgent attention as our democratically elected leaders including State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi, President Win Myint along with senior government officials, and the elected members of parliament have now been detained by the military. Please kindly assist our country by stopping this military coup as it is happening right now in Myanmar( Burma). Aung San Suu Kyi’s party won a landslide victory in the recent election and the new parliament is due to start in the next few hours. We need your urgent appropriate action and intervention to stop this military coup to protect the people of Myanmar (Burma) and the democratically elected National League for Democracy Government.

yeah, it's a local version of sunscreen. Taken from a fragrant tree-bark and protects your skin from the hot sun.
