When I watched Samurai Champloo as a kid I was completely mind blown by it and the music they added gave me such positive feelings I almost wanted to cry.
Thanks to an 'anime openings' video, I found out about Samurai Champloo (which is a phenomenal anime). Thanks to Samurai Champloo, I was introduced to Japanese Hip Hop. And thanks to that, I found Midicronica. The world works in wonderful ways, yeah?
Samurai Champloo introduced me to Nujabes, which is my favourite artist at the moment (RIP). I didnt even like hip-hop, but he opened my eyes. Brofist.
Ironic I finished watching the series on Netflix just now, it's 4am I'm about to go to sleep. This makes me wanna start my day but too tired. Great shower taught me a lot about life.
It's like Gorillaz, if I can make the comparison. Not that they sound alike, this is in its own league. It combines unique visuals with atmospheric and great music. I don't speak Japanese at all, but I don't really have to. First album I've ever bought that isn't in English anyways. Outstanding
Being from San Francisco amd loving champloo this song has so much more meaning to it now. Just skating or strolling through the mission or just going round the city. This song hits me with nostalgia and hope for tomorrow. ⛩️

2 years Ago i watch this animu and like it but never see the final weeks later i know a girl who like this animu and... she is a decended of Okinawa details, i love her and she love's me we made a cosplay couple: Mugen X Fu maybe yes, i miss her but.... I heard this... and hope to her is better and peacefull :)
