I remember watching this when I was 8 (I'm 14 now) and I thought it was on of the most awesome videos, also I remember the music being different, a girl singing "You're falling" over and over like if you heard that music before it changed
I grew up on this video and i haven't seen this in years and i've just been hit with a wave of nostalgia, even more hearing the original song. Thanks you so much for finding it!
I like the way he was throwing dominoes to knock down the towers that weren't falling on their own. Big thumbs up!!! Oh and guess what they were saying? WE ARE FALLING!!!!
no, if you notice. its about 100 vids put tigether, he probally just stomped to make them fall and when some didnt he would stomp again and cut the part were they didnt fall out of the video
the best part. is if you watch close when they start to fall. you can see the footage cut a bit. its where none were going to fall, so he had to nudge them
in the description, it says that he sues two mouse traps. Also, ti could have been a piece flying from the base of another tower after a ricochet off of the ground hitting it. also, in the lower left hand side,he used a stick to knock some down as well
Given an incredible number of delicately balanced towers, several external stimuli were still needed to effect entropy. Chaos is not so chaotic, it would seem.
2:00 There's a projectile coming from the left that takes down one or two of the middle yellow towers. Were all of these falls suppose to be from the trail of dominoes in the very beginning?
@WeaponX161 no it looks like he started a rolling domino effect in the middle but once they stopped falling he poked at a few from the bottom left and then started throwing pieces in to knock the others down.
@FlippyCat Can I ask a question Flippy? Ive been always wanting to do something like this before but you know, dominos are rather expensive, and I only have a pack of I believe 40? Its not much, and I see that what your using is actually a domino shaped peice? What exactly do you use and how much does it usually cost and where could I maybe get some? XD its always been a dream of mine to do something like this.
If u look closer u can see that he stops the movie several times and if u look even closer u can see they stop failing somtimes and there come some bricks throwed by to make them drop again.
Yeah I know. I can tell from the video there were several (very obvious I might add) editing cuts in the video. I also have dominoes (I don't upload so don't waste your time looking) and I've done what's in the video, and it doesn't work. So I get your point. My last comment was just an attempt at a half-assed pun. And a half-assed pun it was. I don't regret that pun.

YES! See? I'm not the only one! The song was totally different!
Ah man, I really wish I could find that original music. I remember that too.
OMG I'VE GOT THE MUSIC!! th-cam.com/video/hDrdgskNLw0/w-d-xo.html&t=184
Skip to 3:05!
Yaaaassss thank you sooooo much!!!
I grew up on this video and i haven't seen this in years and i've just been hit with a wave of nostalgia, even more hearing the original song. Thanks you so much for finding it!
There must be something very zen, about working on something that takes you a really long time, and then, watching it all crumble.
Wow, that's absolutely amazing.
I like the way he was throwing dominoes to knock down the towers that weren't falling on their own. Big thumbs up!!!
Oh and guess what they were saying? WE ARE FALLING!!!!
The music and the fact that it involves towers instantly reminded me of Mirror's Edge.
This was awesome.
One of the best of Flippycat Videos!!!
For some reason, my cat is fascinated by your videos.
I still love this video. It's the reason I subscribed to Flippy.
no, if you notice. its about 100 vids put tigether, he probally just stomped to make them fall and when some didnt he would stomp again and cut the part were they didnt fall out of the video
carnt see why anyone would dislike this brilliant video its a shame other people in this world arnt so creative
Not only do your domino creations rock, but your video skills do too. Thanks for a v.entertaining arvo and for inspiring my kids to go have some fun.
Hey, who's cleaning that up? 1, 2, 3 NOT IT!(runs away)
Doesnt matter if you see his hand, every domino tower can't go down, unless he had another 2000 dominoes linking all the towers
now THAT'S art. and only at the end did i make sense of the music...
You made me laugh when you started chucking dominoes at the towers that didn't fall! LOL!
i think this is some kind of stimulating tv show for cats
the best part. is if you watch close when they start to fall. you can see the footage cut a bit. its where none were going to fall, so he had to nudge them
You are officially my hero.
The concept looks pretty cool
I like that music as it is called
Tell me what music is called if someone knows tell me please
I remember the time when this video's music was still Rob Dougan's Clubbed to Death. Brings back good memories.
Holy crap I'm checking back in all these years later and it's back, baby!
looks like a big city with skyscrapers is being build really quickly, pretty cool
in the description, it says that he sues two mouse traps. Also, ti could have been a piece flying from the base of another tower after a ricochet off of the ground hitting it. also, in the lower left hand side,he used a stick to knock some down as well

for some reason i just couldn't look away lol! great job and love the music
the best thing about this, is that when you see the towers falling, that's the reversed part.
THATS how you clean up all the mess!
AAH! Rainbow colored worms protruding from the ground! :D awesome vid
Great video btw. Like the music and special effects.
was watching a really inspirational story about how some sort of city rebuilds itself after a disaster, until 1:47
reverse is like one of my favorite effects.
just asbolutely mind blowing!! I love stuff like this!!
Its like watching a city rise from the ruins. Idk why I thought that, I just did.
dont you guys just love when people reverse things to make them look cooler?
That looks awesome.... *jaw ceases working*
Flippy was the greatest ever to bad he didn't post a Flippy vid
This is so awesome! Well done! :D
@darkstealther666 I don't want to know how long these take...I'd rather pretend they didn't take as long as they do.
I don't care about the hands, just love the backward effect :D
This was really well done!!
my sudden urge to tackle into those towers...
I've heard of restless leg syndrome but if ever there's restless arm syndrome they should name it after this guy.
@fearfrozen75 no he used his hand on a few of them, and threw dominoes at others. just for clarification ^_^
@mincraftepicness That doesnt make it fake, he didnt try to make it not obvious that he was throwing some
wife: so honey, how many dominos are there?
husband: OVER 9,000!!!!!
crazy accurate aim with those small pieces
Cool. Eventhough it's edited it's really cool
2:00 There's a projectile coming from the left that takes down one or two of the middle yellow towers. Were all of these falls suppose to be from the trail of dominoes in the very beginning?
@WeaponX161 no it looks like he started a rolling domino effect in the middle but once they stopped falling he poked at a few from the bottom left and then started throwing pieces in to knock the others down.
at 2:07, he pushes it in the bottom left corner, but its still really cool
you know how much patience this guy gots lol
... this is twin towers all over again... only 13,000 times worse and colorful. lol awesome vid you are the best
I would pay Flippy to make a city of Dominoes for me.
i like how some of them just seem to spontaniously just fall
I'm supposed to be leaving but I can't stop watching these videos! It's 2 hard to watch only one of the videos!
your channeling your anger towards domino's.. GOOD!
@FlippyCat Can I ask a question Flippy? Ive been always wanting to do something like this before but you know, dominos are rather expensive, and I only have a pack of I believe 40? This is so epic. Even 4 1/2 years later.
why do all the very old TH-cam videos have now changed music? Is it bcs of the copyright strikes?
Telemon Official
yes
What was the original music called? I have been wondering for ages now!
i swear the music was different when i first watched this :o
A cool effect on this one would be large mirrors on all sides
If u look closer u can see that he stops the movie several times and if u look even closer u can see they stop failing somtimes and there come some bricks throwed by to make them drop again.
1:56 You can see him throwing dominoes at the towers, lol.
@GalderIncarnate if you follow the blue trail of dominoes at 1:44, when it gets to the middle, things seem to shoot out of it.
if you watch closely you can tell that he is trowing a few dominoes at the towers
this is probably what a war look like... ó n ò
but i liked it :D
Did you guys notice that there was 1 tower left at the end? And was he throwing things at them to get them too fall? ;D
The yellow tower wasn't the only one left standing! There's a black tower in the bottom right that didn't fall either!
I think it just like the trees people have cut down and the dominoes after fall down are what people throw back to the Earth
its all fun and games till theres 1300 dominos on the floor to pick up
It was a nice day in Domino City, when suddenly...
And this is why his wife and kids left him, now his cat is in need of a psychologist, and him, he loves his dominoes.
if i ever meet flippy in real life i'd just drop a huge box of dominos at his feet and see what happens
The AudioSwap song name was Momu - The Dive
I love it when you wonder into the weird part of youtube.
It looks.. amazing.
Its so sad to see cats die! And wow, alot of people call their cat Flippy!
you know? the worst that could happen during such endeavors is: " Oh shit! Forgot to press record!"
That was amazing great work
lol I llike how near the end you had to throw blocks at some of the towers. :D
@kermit9960 he had a sickness, not sure what, but it got the better of him, RIP Flippy
this guy probably has 100%!!! of patience....
Sitll i liked it , one question is the song here ? Its awsome may i get to know what the song is?
did you make it knock it down and then rewind the knocking down bit
Colors are beautiful.
I want Flippy back !!!
I have a feeling that you would have cried yourself too sleep if you messed up on the last tower.
Haha lol, u were using the "force" to pick up the dominoes in the beginning!! :)
Nice Use of the reverse effect! ;)
Good Luck in sorting the colours afterwards...
the question is how did he stack the towers up so close to each other
@Jammerjoint he never tipped -- with his hands after one fell a domino hit another one and it kept going he only tipped like 6 actually
Omg is that backwards, omg that's awsome!
Is it fun to clean up things like that?
wow thanks for the inspiration filppy! i have an idea now
you are sooo cool flippycat all this work unbelievable
ART IS A FLASH OF BEUTY
That looks awesome, wonder the amount of trouble you would have gone through to do it, especially in tat squeezy place.
@bizzle246 actually there as 2 of them (which didnt fall) on is standing at the right bottom corner)
Yeah I know. I can tell from the video there were several (very obvious I might add) editing cuts in the video.
