Wait some relatives actually abused me like not criticizing coz my kid spoke English in the village.. guess wat my son is 3years and had gotten speaking issues because of use of different languages and so I decided to use English for him to speak at least .. naye mwe these women 😭 told me how permissive I am🥺

Someone criticized me over something petty in front of my mom. All that while, i grew up knowing I'm mom's least favorite kid. I thought she didnt like me. But mom plain told the criticizer,"my child is so perfect. Her flaws add to her perfection and uniqueness. I love her that way." I cried . Never knew momma would stand up for me. Our parents love us even with all our flaws! Dont criticize anyone"s parenting koz they are doing their best. some wounds never heal so package your info and deliver it well without criticism

Oh this was touching,I liked it,I was awarded a scholarship and I am away but I am being blamed for leaving my girls with their father one is 5year and the other one is making 2years , the girls are healthy and looking good but the way MSG's come in like a flood ,it was beginning to stress me and thinking how am too selfish but when I shared with my husband he told me to tell them that if the are concerned they go take care of them , he even told to broke some because they are enemies of progress ,I think the intention of some one tell you should be measured well aba using which units .

Pumla, is soooo hilarious yet real &.. I like that about her. I agree with that statement of criticism. When your confident in who you are words don't trigger you!. I like all your different personalites. I feel i have a bit of each of your personalities and mindsets . Manuela come through with that perfectionism, girl i do the same, am loving but shrewd too. Angie her maturity and calmness, creativity are also traits i relate with. Rosette.. her fashion sense and bubbly character ... Rachel .. her humility and being down to earth. .. Perfect blend. Well done Ladies. We see you ,we appreciate you.

Went to Nsambya but the doctor said my doctor is very fine but the womans voice kept ringing in my head insisted on breaking my babys legs ....made an appointment but a week to the appointment he made steps since then i will never take any neg critism. Immunity. It’s something she is outgrowing slowly. This was a great conversation. As much as it’s good to be open and humble we also have to guard out hearts because not everything that been shared with us is for us.

First off, You look so cute in that dress @ Racheal. I kept looking at how well it suits you.
Now, I don't have kids but I grew up hearing people criticise my parents over one of my siblings. He is an addict, they did their best but failed. They deal with the pain of failure as parents everyday and keep wondering about how differently they should have parented.
Now, the people who love to run their mouths like to tell them to their face about what they should have done and all. It's so annoying and I feel so bad for my parents bcoz I know their sacrifices and lengths they've gone to in order to help their child.
The ladies are right, let's learn to package our criticisms well if we really have to utter them out at all. Or when the parents struggles with their child are glaring, let's just shut up. They are fully aware of the problem and unless they ask, let's not push our unsolicited advice.

It's good to take criticism even from childless people since we've all been children.
Manuela with the natural consequences I'm sure you are aware but just for other viewers, parents should have a ka limit so they don't end up abusing their kids in the name of discipline.
I think angie has touched on a good point which is if you're offering criticism add some solutions and support too

ooh..just yesterday i was criticised by some folks about letting my son have my fone! that it means i did not train him well and that it is bad manners... trully i was offended coz the circumstances are different! and besides i do what i can to keep him at bay as his mom..having alittle previledge with my fone isnt something i envisioned as bad at his age (6) especially because he watches cartoons with it and i dont have bad content to hide in my fone...i was abit defensive but when i slept on the thought! i realised that at a certain age i will have to restrain him to avoid any curiosity... i will start to keep it away slowly and slowly but its something i had not thought of as a bad thing. besides he studies well, does his homework and holiday package and the cartoons teach him good english!!... jesus..this parenting journey teaches us new things daily!

I was told to stop feeding my child yogurt…that is should force her to take porridge and milk…in simple terms I was told to starve my child because I know she won’t do the porridge and milk

My 6 year old daughter has been very skim since birth. I've taken all kinds of abuse in the name of criticism from all kinds of people. Immune to words but ehhhh people are very nosy I tell you.

Parenting is tricky but I ve uncle who never wanted comment on their dota ..right now chased away from home becoz of bad manners and drugs .too much love ,protection and rebuking people who always cristised about her behaviours spoilt her to core .
After many years of rehabilitation she became pregnant and dumped them her baby of 1month and half to them went back her lifestyle now all the shame and disappointment hitting them .we who grew by our own re now mothers and doing well .
Moral of story be watchful what people tell u about ur children. Thank u

Very many times people have always criticized for how I parent my child but cheeeiiii heeeeeee! I give u what u deserve if it ain't positive, then go to hell. So,someone comes and complains about how a child walks!! Some people can be very funny.
