I'd love to see a video that has a recording that nicely asks about their morals, what their Mother or children think of them scamming innocent people of their hard-earned money. Making someone mad is great entertainment, but hitting them emotionally, might make them have a change of heart (maybe not). Especially when hearing the message over and over again.
Fantastic work, love how you get back at these scoundrels, keep it coming. This is what needs to be done to get rid of scammers and crooks all over the world. have a nice day in your fight against these assholes.
Great video! This is even better because the recordings trick them into thinking there is random people calling and it wastes their time more. You could setup a repository or cloud drive of some sort where people could upload audio files you could use for your flooder and get a massive variety in the calls.

The Amazing thing is, this is helping out more than you even know. Do you want to know the REAL reason that our government doesn't do anything about these scammers? It's simple. The Scammers (on a few occasions) are actually working out of real call-centers that have been contracted (outsources) by American companies. This is not normally the ones who answer the phone as the IRS or anything but often it is the case when they simply answer as "Tech Support" or something without giving a company name. When they ask you for a code, certain codes identify you as someone who reached their malware... then the scam kicks in. By doing this with the call flooder, you are unknowingly shutting down outsourced programs and eventually bringing the jobs back to the US where they belong. This is probably not the case yet but it is likely to happen eventually if you get the right number(s). When you call one of these, the first thing you should do is say something like "What company do you work for?" or explain that you simply want to verify that you have the right number before providing personal information to them. If they give you some kind of US Company name, ask to speak to US call center. By law, they are supposed to comply (even though, sometimes they will try to stall you a bit ...but eventually they have to make the transfer if you insist on it). If they transfer the call and you get an obvious american english speaker on the line, then this is a real callcenter who is also scamming people on the side. Once the call is transferred, explain to the US call center what they are doing and that you will report the incident. (you can even provide them with your "code" and thy can test it for themselves via a non-business line (as business ones are often detected) which will result in a very real investigation.). If the person does not transfer the call to a US call center, ... then commence call flooding. If you hear a lot of scammers in the background, then the room most likely has a lot of numbers in consecutive order. They often order line packets. For example, if the number ends in something like 7463, then they are most likely answering lines for all of the numbers ending in the 60s range or more because a line packet is often a 10 line minimum. So you might want to try testing other number like -7460 through 7469 to see if the same place answers. Otherwise, you are only disrupting about 10 percent (or less) of their incoming calls.
Those popups you see with the numbers on them are coded (in line packet cases) to display one of their numbers at random or in order.
