As always I really appreciate you guys watching the vlogs, it truly means a lot to me. Would an agent be able to switch brokerages with ease? Let’s say I’m an agent with remax in Chicago. If I were to move to another city in Illinois, could I transfer to another remax brokerage that’s closer to my new home with ease and merely no complications? I hope that made sense.
Yeah its super easy just a matter of finding a new office and signing paperwork, if you have active listings thats when it can get a little complicated

3500 plus the basement which is probably another 1000 square feet

I believe so this was not my listing I was doing it as a favor but they help with getting traffic out there it doesn’t particularly lead to business but it gets my face out there

I was neither, It was a for sale by owner and I did the video for them for free
