I have used a similar design bot which has similar self clean mop brush with a separator. That model internal tends to trap grimes and fiber in the grids that separate the debris from the water within the bot. And it makes cleaning very difficult.

Just when we thought robot vacuums couldn’t get any better
I haven't dived into a robot vacuum yet but when I do use really prefer a reusable bin chamber rather than a bag...
Please keep in mind you have to clean it more often or you don't let him suck up some stuff which can go bad

Very excited for this hoover, but a key deciding factor would be a rising mop pad(roll)
The mop roller is rising 7mm , so yeah, it has that too

Switchbot really does have some of the coolest stuff. I've been using their IR blaster and actual switchbot around my house, and can't help but dream about getting their curtain opener-closer some day as well.
You will LOVE The curtain opener. I use them and for my plants by the window. Sun comes up and curtains open to let light and heat in my window /house. When sun goes down they close automatically. Iv had them for three years and love them!

I'd love a robot that could empty my dehumidifier!
Very cool. I like that mop pad. I have one that gets dragged around and it really doesn't clean well. I don't even bother with it. After it vacuums, I go and get the regular mop. But this would actually scrub. What about the height of the mop pad/roll? Does it lift up when not in use so it doesn't wet the carpet?

There are a ton of new robots our there which have some round rotating mops or vibrating ones like s7/s8 or other high end robots like deebot. Works fine :)
@@maxfriedrich3440 I’m going to stick with my little one that can’t mop well for a while longer. I’m moving soon and figure I should wait and get one that’s designed for whatever floors I end up with. Maybe by then I’ll be able to decide which one is best for me lol. And maybe Apple will have added them by then too… 😂😂😂

I headed straight for the comments as soon as Stu clocked an unsuspecting attendee, and I was not disappointed.
Not sure I how feel about two separate stations 🤔.. and connecting the water via pipes 😂. Seems a bit much..
I love it! It takes away that extra task of having to fill up a reservoir or empty dirty water… imagine if your dishwasher could empty itself and stack the clean dishes away- because that’s essentially the equivalent!
Bagless is better than having to buy bags in a monthly basis. The idea is good but a robot In kitchen or bath doesn't work for many people.
