    I just got back from my Italian vacation. You can't really feel how massive the Colosseum is until you step inside it. It is HUGE. It makes our modern sports stadiums look small by comparison. Just walk up the steps and you'll understand how fit and healthy ancient Romans were. Millions of steps!

    • @UltimateBucketList
      @UltimateBucketList  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely! It's so big it's almost terrifying, and it's a shock to realise that this was constructed over 2,000 years ago, way before the age of modern machinery. Hope you enjoyed your Italian vacation!

      Thanks Jason. Yeah, I fell for one of those sites when going to the Vatican, very expensive mistake.
      The problem is when you search for "Colosseum Tickets", about 7 third party companies with very official looking websites pop up before the actual official website.

      The Metro is a relatively new thing, and you could probably see the amount of construction going on in the video.
      This is because they're building a new metro line that runs through Colosseo, so if you do come back to Rome, it'll be even easier to get to!

    This video really broke me down…knowing the death and suffering that happened there all for entertainment and the poor innocent animals that didn’t know what was going to happen to them, they were probably scared to pieces I couldn’t imagine being in that horrific time…even some of the people probably didn’t know what was going to happen or leading up to and more then likely it’s probably some of our ancestors …. It really broke my heart and made me cry, so thank you for showing me this cause I know I’ll never see it in person…if I didn’t I’d probably go to there and cry and pray for all the lost souls…keep making memorable videos❤🙏🏼God bless
