Thanks for the video. This is the best one of have seen so far explaining dashes and ellipses. Do you have a video on beats? They seem to appear in dialogue, action and seems to mean different things depending how it is used? You could say from micro to macro in a script.

It seems, from what I got from this video, there are no hard-set rules regarding either the use of ellipses or dashes.
