Counsel thanks very much but am requesting that when explaining please try illustrate by giving examples like if A does this to B.......... this will help some of us to understand the law more.
@@MutyabaConrad am about doing ksl and I t is not easy. I have 9 courses to study. civil litigation, commercial transactions, criminal litigation and legal writing and drafting. are problematic for me.
Welcome. Please i have failed to see all the videos for contract 2. Am only seeing for mistake and misrepresentation. What about duress and undue influence. Please i badly need them. Then in criminal make for us cases of anti corruption because its rampant these days and they are most examined these days. I remain prince bwanga ucu
From your explanation of a void contract… Sir, you said it is an agreement that is legally and enforceable.. I thought void contracts are illegal and unenforceable
Hello. I must have said that " it's a contract which is legally unenforceable." In the most unlikely event that i didn't, then, that's what i truly meant. Kindly look at an alternative definition of the same under the Blacks law dictionary as follows: " A contract that is of no legal effect, so that there is really no contract in existence at all" page 374, 9th Edition by Bryan A Garner.
Thanks counsel… You are a blessing to most of us

Is undue influence one of the vitiating factors

Please create whatsapp group for these. Are there any Tort Law videos, cant find one
Sir what's the difference between void and voidable contracts
Void means it's" invalid." Voidable means it's valid until the party who is wronged elects to cancel the same.
Thanks counsel,am requesting for some videos for the law of torts, legal methods, administrative process and mercantile law 1,thank u .
You are welcome Rose. You can find all of them on this channel.
I love the difference between the case of Philips v brooks and Cundy v Lindsay
That's good to know. What is key is to pick the principle and also know why it was applied differently in both cases with almost very similar facts.
Interesting
