Hi Conrad, there is extraction of judgement you talked about in one of your videos. kindly do a video on civil judgements and how they are manifested. I suspect Ugandan position is quite similar to Kenyan position. Thank you sir.

Kenyan legal positions and Ugandan legal positions are extremely similar. There is very little difference. However, u must be specific to exactly what u want for me to help you. Sadly, your call for help is not clear. U can make it more clear by: directing me to a specific area or specific topic u would need help on and the law field ( course unit )

@@MutyabaConrad Thank you Conrad. Consider civil matters where payments are delayed over disputes arising out of change of contractual terms. For example Akin contracts an engineering firm along with other professionals to put up an office block. Due to some constraints they agree to revise terms and come to new terms but even at that, the project is complete but there are arrears pending. Akin claims a different figure from the contractors. They sue over the dispute and the court has to establish which are the final figures owed to each as per their percentages. The court rules in favour of the contractors. Am assuming there are properties attached just incase Akin does not pay.
