@@ITTubebd thank you for your reply, i did those process that you told me but the customized logo still exists, I dont want to create and load a customized flash screen, i just want to restore the HP Default logo, hp suggest that the logo could be in the UEFI HP partition, but the partition doesnt exist anymore as it has been reformatted . I dont think the system does not support changing the splash screen logo because why was it replaced with a customized logo in the first place.

I did the same as you did but the HP firmware update and recovery interface did not appear once the install was done.
I think your firmware is already up to date.
@@ITTubebd Maybe, I didn't make myself clear. Every time I try to install the Bios update file from HP website (from another PC) the **hp system bios update utility** doesn't display (which means It doesn't display to option to create a recovery using a usb drive). Instead of that, I simply get a file named "Winflash" and when I try to open it, It says: "this app can't run on your PC".

I have the file downloaded on a usb but once it is in my laptop it says that there is no recovery drive and to plug one in

@@ITTubebd but i wanna ask you a question, i have laptop with two ssd, couldn't boot i release that cant recognise my ssd , while i recover my system i should load driver but after i recover my system i plug the second ssd, my laptop cant boot and i should redo all processes and i should change some configuration in bios to do that.
All of these happened after changing the number of core in windows setting! The second ssd works properly in another laptop

It seems like hp pavilion g6 is an older laptop and won't support this method of bios recovery
I go through this process, but nothing ever writes to the USB. Annoyed.
