Wow i have hope you are right as a couple of days ago my right palm was so itchy. I actually thought id been bitten it was so irritating. I couldn't stop scratching it. But there was no bite and the itching only lasted a min or two. If it had been something physical that caused it, i don't think it would have just gone away like that. I have really been wanting to get out of the UK to live somewhere nice and hot so i hope it does mean i have money coming to get away from this hell hole full of liars and manipulators trying to control us and keep us living in fear. I don't want to live like this. I want to be free.

@@gardengyal2.018 It's simply the game we're in. Sugar is next to alcohol the number one spiritual killer, not saying you can't be spiritual and clear with sugar, but it's a common problem.
Sugar works like alcohol and coffee, it makes the brain foggy and slow. It's a cheap presented drug everywhere, sugar is nearly in every supermarket product. Sugar keeps you bonded. Most people never had a live without sugar and think they feel OK.
Let's say, if you have itching and you're not on sugar, then it's a good chance it's a sign from the 'universe' so to speak if there's no other physical ruleset doing it. If you on sugar, it' still a sign from the 'universe', cause sugar stops your growing.
But for real, itching and sugar is this close together, the older you get, the more you can suffer from it in many ways.

Itching seems to always happen whenever meditating, I always think of it as negative energy being released.
This is an entity in your body disturbing you. It´s that easy, yes. And you see the absurd, ridiculous lies evil tells us to distract from the simple truth. And so many people even believe it. TELL EVERYONE THE TRUTH. People have to understand how we are supressed and fooled by evil spirits. This has to stop. We must fight back.
That happens to me too. I start itching uncontrollably when meditating. I am fine before and after.
