I live in Lac la Biche and it has 0 resemblence. Everywhere in Alberta has deep ditches on each side because there is so much water and the speed limit is 100 no matter where you are. There are usually fields on each side too and when there are forests they are a lot closer to the road. I was excited and then I was just like darn this looks nothing like where I live lol.

Few things I noticed as a truck driver living in Calgary:
First, that was the shortest drive from Calgary to Edmonton, that's usually a 2.75-3 hour drive.
Second, why were the road signs in 1/4 miles? They're all in kilometers up here.
Third, there are no scales on Highway 2 between Calgary and Edmonton that are on both sides of the road.
Fourth, why is your turbo gauge backwards?
I have never been to Lac La Biche, so I don't know how accurate that is, but if that guy washing the windows on the front door of the Walmart doesn't stop soon he'll wash right through them ^..^

This "Lac La Bishe" town, its layout and buildings, its an EXACT carbon copy of "Truckee" in North-West Cali! The modders apperantly didn't even bother to try and make the town look unique or original by shuffeling the buildings around a little it seems. xD I only know this because I recently had a dropoff in Truckee (the town layout was EXACTLY the same) and I vividly remember that very same Walmart and how hard it was to park my trailer in there. Lac à la Biche, pronounced Lack a la Bish. It would be Bishay if the "e" had a hat like this: é ;) and for trucks and freight, most places uses pounds... or they'll tell you both Kilograms and Pounds. OH and being Late at Wal Mart is expensive as hell, they fine you for every hour that you''re late and it's 1000$ each. (I dispatch for Guilbault Transport and we do about 20 wal mart loads per week)

Canadream is a okay mod, but even the major junctions in some of the big cities are way off (not very representative). Ever since the early versions, till now it looks like a Eurotruck mod that was simply imported to ATS. Two lane highways would have yellow lines, not white ones dividing them, like the US. Trees all the way through the prairies, when they are rather open with fewer trees, at least in the south. Some highways go into cities that they don’t actually go into, and highways that bypass cities they go right through, that kind of stuff.

I love this video but you should really try doing one where you pick up the truck in the United States and you going to pick up the trailer in Canada and bring it back to the United States it might be a little long but I think it will be a little challenging maybe in some bad weather or the rain something that'll make it more challenging for the game but I love you videos keep up the good work

I've lived in the Edmonton-Calgary area for my whole life and I can verify that it doesn't look anything like this, although it is fairly flat which is quite accurate. I'm a little disappointed that my hometown Red Deer (in between Calgary and Edmonton) isn't even shown lol. The part north of Edmonton is a bit more realistic as there actually is a decent amount of trees and it's mostly single lane highways.

Hey it's sorta realistic. It is a left turn to go to Fort McMurray, go straight for Lac La biche.
