Such a magnificent piece, I eerily played in on PS4 during the pandemic and at that time was going through my separation that ultimately lead to a divorce, but damn to date, the only game to ever make me cry. Truly a beautiful, masterpiece. 10/10 Game.

Braid was one of my favourite games of all time; a 2D, pixel art platformer by a tiny team of indie developers that set the bar for emotive, immersive and intelligent gameplay. So many pixel art/2D games since can trace their lineage to Braid. And I didn't even realise it was on Switch! An insta-buy for me.
Nier Automata is one of the best games ever. Hits you right in the feels. Makes you think about future, what matters in life. And that life is so precious

Switch lite is my first console in the Nintendo ecosystem. Been wanting one since the GBA time, trying to get my turn playing beyblade on my friend’s gameboy :’) These sales have been helping me catch up on some cools games. Thanks for these videos!

Been playing void scrapers, and bought Event Horizon, both of them on sale for 17 cents........ Along with the 5 game bundle for less than $2 and e zombie Tower defense bus game thing which is also a smart phone app. The best party about the phone app game, is that there are no annoying ads between levels and the characters are unlocked without buying them extra.
I grabbed Civ 6 for 85% off. It will be the first Civ game since Civ 3 that I have played. I have such fond memories of Civ 2 and 3 so we will see how this stacks up.
glad to see the atelier games listed i own them all but im always happy to see the potential of a new person discovering the series for the first time. but ryza 3 is still great! dont throw it under the bus! if youre a fan at all of either of the first two you owe it to yourself to finish the trilogy, especially at this price.

Oh, I got City of Brass in an earlier sale. Really fun game! Reminds me very much of the PS2 era games and graphics. First Persian Shooter is amazing, btw.

Braid was just so good when I played it back on the Xbox 360, I loved it so much. From the art to the music, it was just this weirdly peaceful game for me. I’m definitely gonna have to grab it just to continue to support it so many years later

Eastward in an incredible game. The visuals are spectacular, the story and characters is quirky, and combat mechanics is pretty good. It was one of my favorite games of 2021. I highly recooment buying Eastward now if you haven't played, especially at this price as it doesn't go on sale often!

Mark I’m with you on the drought of awesome skate/snowboarding games these days. THPS 1&2 remake is excellent though (double-dipped on PS4 day one, then later Switch!). I mean I’m pleased that we have 1080 on NSO, but would it kill EA to give us the original SSX trilogy on Switch? Tricky at the very least!! 👌🏻
Got Tinykin last week and bloody loved it. Great fun. This week I'm getting Braid as never played it but always wanted to. It'll have to wait until after Zelda though beforeI play.....
Interesting thing to look into - why people don't come back to Braid even tho so many people who still play games today, played and loved it back then. Were people just more open to experiments back at the height of indi gaming or more willing to take on games that demand high concentration and brain power? Did we turn into dull gamer zombies?
I've got Islanders, 2 weeks ago someone in the comments recommended it, and Tinkykin too (for switch and ps), this channel is amazing it not just have amazing videos but it has nice people in the comments. Im gonna try to get Digimon, TinHearts looks nice, 30XX too, i didnt knew that Braid had an anniversary edition, and damn Steamworld was so cheap too, i cant handle all those games, i dont thing i can clean the backlog this December, at this point im going to need 3 December vacations to finish all.

I can’t believe you’ve never played skate! It’s great and different enough to THPS that I love both. Skate 2 the best in my opinion. Then more recently for snowboarding there was Steep which I thought was like the skate to SSX’s THPS. You’re right though there aren’t enough extreme sports games.

Symphonia is my favorite all time Tales. The PC port was SUCH a mess initially. You should do an all patched up someday for it since you say it's good now. Your all patched up videos are what convinced me to get into No Man's Sky.
I have the Doyoky Gamecube joycons arriving this week so need a good game to break them in. Berserk Boy will certainly help (thanks guys) but I may have to pick up my first Atelier game as I want something a bit more chill than the soulslikes I've been playing recently.
I finished NieR: Automata last week and all I can say is play this game! It is an absolutely journey and such a great game. Also I still can't believe this game is on the Switch!
I really wish dream factory would make a port of “The Bouncer” I would love to have a play through of that again. Or if square enix would release “Dirge Of Cerberus”… A boy can dream I suppose.
Such a shame Activision hasn’t made a Tony Hawk 3/4 remake. I think what happens is with new, beefier technology, sports sequels get more convoluted rather than more fun. THPS (esp 2 & 3) hit the sweeeeeet spot!
It took a few years, but finally got around to starting 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim. Now time to add another one to the backlog that'll be revisited a few years from now.
I’ve made the switch my primary console. Not on purpose or anything, I realized that my PS5 was just gathering dust. Having three kids, the portability aspect of the switch is what allows me to even think about squeezing a few minutes of gaming during the day. So let’s make this backlog stronger than ever, shall we?

Picked up Nier Automata. So brilliant. Even as I progress through the first run I can already see how it's built for multiple runs.

I played Braid years ago, it’s an incredibly polished and well thought out game but I found it very difficult. At this price I think I’ll revisit it.

THPS 1&2 are perfect for the switch. I bought the physical. Before that I would always play TH Remix & Project 8 on my PSP. Love those games.
