You know every job requires experience but when students are studying in colleges they usually do part time jobs due to which they don’t have experience in process space. So if you could pls enlighten us how to form a resume for graduates with no professional experience, it would be really helpful. Other than that you both are doing a wonderful job. Take care

I have one question here: I have total of 11 years of experience as Lead and Embedded Software Engineer, where i have worked with multiple MNCs, The roles and responsibilities have been quite similar for me in all the organisations. So do I need to mention my roles and responsibilities for each organization separately (This will make my resume very lengthy which is not good) or if i mention it only for my last organization that would be fine? Please help me with this clarification.

While qualifying your job, you can mention the same. 5 promotions in 5 years, hands on experience in full life cycle of production, including but not limited to 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.....

You can try colleges in Greater Toronto Area, could be bit expensive than colleges in far locations, but you will get student jobs easily..
