A chicken farm near residential? Have you ever smelled a chicken farm? The smell is horrible. We have several built near where I live and driving by the smell is awful. That’s why they build them far off the road and not near any houses. I think you should move it farther out of town.

Highly recommend checking out the BRT system of Eugene, Oregon. The Portland Streetcar is also worth emulating at this current scale of build.
