Curious to know if anyone thinks this is a weird thing or not? For example, if my brother was married to his wife, but then I would get married to the wife's brother. Is that not strange?
Ah thanks for your response. Yeah I mean I do understand love and life can be whatever you want it to be so I don't technically have any issues with it. I am a twin so kinda just visualised it and perhaps it gave me some strange vibes. But who knows, maybe one day I would experience that? Haha. But most likely not. 3:50 does anyone’s country have a dowry system? I’m Canadian and heard of the concept but didn’t know in practise. Does it look different now? :)
In the Middle East we have a dowry system as well, the groom should give a certain amount decided by the bride and her family!
In South Asia and neighboring countries too there used to be an unofficial system where bride used to bring valuable items and money with herself and this was usually done before the marriage took place. However due to stricter rules and regulations there has been a decrease in these numbers, but I won't say that it has been completely demolished
I'm African, Kenyan to be specific and we have different tribes with various vernacular languages. My tribe is known as the Agikuyu. In my country, we still have the dowry system and it is according to tribal traditions and the terms of the bridal price from when it was paid for our mothers.
In korea, woman should prepare dowry.

what genetics problems that runs in their family stays in the family it will continue or will get worst nothing has improve it's all the same. it's like seeing someone who exactly looks like you and you got married without knowing you're half brother/ sister through same sperm donation different mother hence incest without knowledge of that or worst having kids with genetic problems

@@sblbb929 same father different mother what else could you call a haft siblings who was a product of sperm donation and without their knowledge of that being half siblings and engaged in sex then what would you call it then? oh they just taste each other is that it?
a side from morality the issue that i see in those situations that are products of sperm donations having kids all around the country and when this chidren met up and engaged in sex without them knowing that they have the same paternal genes the real concern is that if that sexual act between them produce offsprings that have the same gentetic disorders either it will worsen the effect of that genetic disease nor produce another variant because it runs in the blood of the same blood line.
the real victim here is not the half siblings not knowing they are because they don't have a clue that they are half siblings the true victim here if they have offspring that acquired all the disorders because of engaging to an incest act or what else do you call it then?
