I have a question about Repelling!
At 14:06 you say for the original attacker's morale check, the number he has to beat is the amount the original defender made in his repel attack divided by two.
But the wording in the d6 manual is a bit different:
" Attacker morale check: morale + DRN + (attackers size - repellers size)
Repeller check: 10 + DRN + (*the number by which the defender
    won the repel attack*) / 2 "
This wording in the manual is leading me to believe that the original defender is not as favored in this exchange as your wording is leading me to believe.
For example if in the previous exchange the original attacker got 14, and the original defender got 16, then the number *by which the defender won* is 2, that is further divided by 2.
    Am I wrong?
I'm a bit dyslexic so please someone in the know comment to clarify!

No you're entirely right! That must've been an error in my script that I didn't manage to catch before it went out, my bad! I'll pin your comment up the top so that people see the correction, cheers for pointing that out!

Great tutorial series! I enjoy how you've structured talking through the details. Despite going into great detail, you're also the best person I've seen so far at explaining the game from zero. I'll be linking you to everyone I introduce to Dominions 6 for their first runs!

Excellent tutorial series. Been wanting to get into Dominions for awhile, and it's nice to find such a well made tutorial for the game.

Thanks a lot! It's always good to hear of more people getting into the Dominions series, they're such fantastic games, if a little front heavy on the learning curve! Hopefully these have been useful for you learning the ropes and if you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Last time I went so in-deep into learning a game was when I studied DCS A10C Warthog Simulator manual & watched every tutorial video about it. Good stuff.

Yep there's a lot of bells and whistles that go through every single attack! You tend to forget when you just see them all wailing at each other!

Good video, but I think you misinterpreted Fear. Most auras(5) don't spread to 5 squares away, that would be crazy, means one sacred with heat aura would set stuff on fire 5 squares away. Instead, aura(5) means it spreads to 5 total squares (at least that's the way it works in Dom6 I think, in Dom5 it could hit the same squares repeatedly). So Fear15 in practice should be hitting stuff 1-2 squares around the monster, rarely 3 if AoE pathing random walks too far

You might be right! I was using the manual on page 40 for the fear breakdown and I did think that was a tad excessive! It might mean that the additional squares per fear is not the radius or diameter, I'll need to do some additional testing on this and I'll get back to you, cheers for pointing that out.

It's a fairly complex game in terms of numbers, but once you know the basics it all starts to lock together!
