- Last week we did a hardcore nuzlocke of pokemon emerald with only grass types and today we are taking on the other generation 3 games pokemon leafgreen. And the typing today will be psychic which is a very good typing since it has a lot of coverage and spa power. So will we complete another hardcore nuzlocke? let's find out!

Can you do pokemon HG/SS with only pokemons that have no evolution? I would love to see these interesting and horrible pokemons like delibird, smeargle, girafarig get used

That would be very hard, I once tried it in Renegade platinum Rom hack because you can get an early Ice type there

Btw, I think that if you already use a randomizer or something to change your starter you can just enable impossible evolutions.. I don't think it breaks any rules and it would be great to see zam etc

Maybe the essiest Nuzlocke since Psychic type is still way too OP in a Gen III Kanto walkthrough. (Only Gengar is ghsot type and is also Posion type)
No Dark types and very weak Bug types.

The word is "taught" not "learned." VERY good, sir. You earned a Like from me.
Also the level cap ends once you get into the battle. So if your mon’ levels up during the fight you can still use it since it met the requirements at the start of the battle. A good strat is to have your mon’ close to level up at the start of the fight so you can get that level up once you KO one of his guys

Oh also you can go into the gym leader battle at the level cap and if you level up during battle you can still use that Pokémon lol it’s fair game as long as your Pokémon isn’t above the level cap before the battle starts

The level cap only applies before a battle starts, you may exceed the level cap by exp gained during the battle

Wow, I learned today that ghost was physical... Whyyy??? Not only does it make no logical sense, but it's almost like they wanted gen 1 ghost types to be terrible.

I like to think Hypnosis has low accuracy since Psychic Types are already strong enough.
Hardcore Nuzlocke idea: Rock Type Only in Sapphire (they use a lot of water types, so it should make it more challenging)

Do a fairy type only nuzlocke in game before gen 6. How it would work that only pokemon that gain either fairy type or fairy type form are allowed
with randomizer, you can create a "hack" of this game where you can evolve pokemon like kadabra without trade. not to mention you can put in the option of meeting trainers who force max evolving their pokemon at the lvl of 30. wich is a great option for fire red as it is a game with many trainers who never fully evolved their pokemon. even in the elite 4. wich.. makes no sense
