I am also going to buy The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Pretty In Pink and She's Having A Baby soundtracks. I haven't been able to find the Uncle Buck soundtrack. I think they are John Hughes' best films.

It’s so weird what can captivate a human. I remember being emotionally moved by this part in the movie when I was just a kid.. this music hit my heart so hard. And now I listen to this once a month at least. Nostalgia, beauty, at its best,

In the scene you describe Cameron is looking at a little boy in an Impressionist style painting. The camera in the film makes several glancing zooms into the boy in the painting. It's as though the introspective, suffering soul which is Cameron is looking back upon the innocence and freedom he had as a child. Very poignant point in the film.

It would at least make a premise that would open the possibility to such a sequel.
