Hearing the canyon buzz with saws is almost a thing of the past. Good to hear again. Thanks for the run down of your equipment. Wanting a few sweaters when they get in stock.
You think you could make the neck opening a little less wide on your next sweater? Also, you look into seeing how much Marino wool would cost? That be amazing.
Ya that exactly what I thought too, neck hole was too large. Merino wool would be great. Will have to check out pricing what order size I’d need to keep price per unit low enough to be feasible. 🤙
Bjarne Melbourne Australia here , love the videos mate, been hooked for past 6 months and watched everything to date, good informative videos and very classing cutter you are sir, after the saws are walkerised would fuel ratio do you use.
High potassium feldspar content makes the granite pink.so you were correct Bjarne.Thr high density stuff is expensive if you were buying it.Merry Christmas to you.I wish I could be out there with you guys but I’m done.Leave it up to the younger guys now.do you retain the stock sprocket on your saw with that setup being walkerized and all?I started using those Stihl lite bars a while back I guess it’s ok but there is no provision for greasing the nose
Thanks for the confirmation on the potassium. Merry Christmas Lately I’ve been using an 8-tooth sprocket. Ya there’s no oiler hole on the Stihl’s but I rarely have a tip blowout
Talk to us about your radio set-up. Specifically how to source the ear muff with built-in speaker. Been wondering about that for a long time. Please. 😃
The ear muff with the built-in speaker was made at the local radio shop in Campbell River. The radio is a Kenwood. Don’t know the model of top of my head.

Bjarne. Last episode your muffler was falling apart. Did you man to fix it or have to replace it? 👍🏴
It lasted the rest of the shift luckily. But I will replace before my next shift in the new year

Hi Eddy 👋🎄
The rock looks like an Aplogranite (aplite) mainly pink potassium feldspar and quartz.
