How do I shif the 4WD back to neutral? Does it require clutch to be pressed when shifting 4WD?

No you don't need to press clutch while shifting from 4WD to N till the time your vehicle is in neutral (large stick)

The Neutral position in smaller gear works the same as Normal Neutral, thus the car will not move when the smaller gear is in neutral irrespective of the position of the Normal gear.

I have a doubt. I use a prado 2006 model. While taking deep curves the wheels get stuck. Do you know why?

This happen only when a differential is lock. This should not be done on tarmac orelse can lead to a twisted axle.
