I've been looking into purchasing a Globe Line coe . Very good video.👍 It really shows the detailed chassis as well as the rest of the truck.
I myself am old school & prefer the chrome. Although the black looks cool too. Either way you have a sweet truck.👍 Looking forward to more of your videos.
Thanks
The Tamiya trucks are not too bad and are a easy build scale-ish truck. The only downside is the rear suspension, it should have airbags instead of the supplied "walking beam". There are a few aftermarket suppliers that make airbags on Ebay and Truescale Rc. But from a stand off scale the Tamiya looks fine. My Globe has a stretched King frame too and I may switch to a simulated airbag suspension once I get the $$$. I don't run a MFU either, seems like a rats nest of wires. I been looking at the GT Power and the Sevonaut sound systems.
Just be warned, theese trucks are addictive. So far I have the Globe Liner, Volvo FH12 Gobetrotter, flatbed trailer and a NIB Grand Haul Black Edition.
I also run the RC4WD Roady tires, the Tamiya tires are like hockey pucks.
I know I keep going to your old Videos... But they're so relevant to what I'm doing now!
Those look good!! I got Aluminum Alcoas for my Grand Hauler. Aluminum Rims are definitely a good investment for these Trucks. I'm really looking forward to starting on my Globe Liner. Two Kits down the line.... But I'm getting a lot of great ideas from yours!! 👌👍👍
not a problem! I love these wheels! they work great. I had to use regular wheel nuts though. I got some fancy scale ones but with a load they kept coming off!
Nice truck 👍
Hi gr8 vid i just got my globe liner and i have 2 ?s if i may no one else. Wont andser them but one did u strach the chassie on yours and if so what rails did u use and 2 i saw u put a drive axle in the front may i ask how u did that and were did u get the axel i thank you for time and i love watchin your vids
The frame on the truck is it stock or modified because I have the multifunctional as well and I don't have the space for the fuel tank where the mfcu control is
Great video bud.Question, who makes that truck and where can I buy one like that?Thumbs up on your video.
The last tractor I drove, back in 86, looked pretty much like that one, not as much chrome though,it was a plane jane international, with a 2stroke Detroit, and ten speed, spent a lot of time in that truck, running all over the country.
used to see them everywhere then for some reason the COE's just slowly went away.
TheStuffz where did u get those black rims the back ones
asiatees dot com

Hello my name is Charlie and I'm new to this rc world and I'm wondering if you could teach me a little bit. Great truck
awesome. my new treads might be here tonight to.
muchas gracias
I used a king hauler frame. Just had to re-drill holes for the cab to mount to. guess that is why I have my tanks back farther and had room for the controls on the side.
elmer
Looks good, You should totally black all the chrome and accents on the truck. Like murdered right out, that would look bad ass!
dang. well keep up the good work
So i have the king hauler, is it possible to use the over the cab body on the king hauler?
yes it would be. BUT you have to drill and tap some additional holes. My king hauler is on a Cascadia Frame.
Where did u get the all wheel drive trucks
I built them. I used parts for other tamiya vehicles to convert to awd
A lot of work - building and modifying these models
Cool

fifth wheel Sliding
ohhhhh... I wonder if anyone does that... black chrome steps, grab bars, mirrors, wipers, deflectors etc... might be too much black lol
👍💯😍
First off.... I WANT YOUR JOB!!! eh? 😉😀
Those rims look good. But then, the whole Truck looks good! At 52, I may be old enough for a "toy" like this... 😜 IF I could EVER afford my first one!
I've been getting more suggestions than I want, but from the ones I've seen, and yours, I'm pretty sure I want a Globe Liner. It's even less expensive - bonus.
I've raced 1/10th cars and off-road trucks, and am left with my first upgrade for someday, a brushless motor and ESC. From what people have said, they're geared way too fast, so with an even faster motor, I'm thinking I might need a 4:1 gear reduction unit. The motor would literally tear the rubber off the tires on pavement, I believe that it will have plenty of torque for a Semi!
the F350 brushless I have melted a tire tread!
Yeah, I figured it would have PLENTY of torque! Would a 4:1 reducer be enough?
The motor I have is rated at 42,000rpm.
gear reductions dont last very long on a brushless setup. best brushless for a semi would be a crawler setup.
I wanted to use the brushless motor, because they're better on batteries. Would I be better off, just going with a 55-turn or higher Brushed motor?
Will it work with the Tamiya speed controller?
A brushed 55 turn with a 4:1 will be scale speeds and will go an easy 2 hours on a 5000mah battery. A brushed motor will work with the tamiya MFC although I am debating on bypassing it. its too jittery I find. I would get a Y cable for the esc lead and plug in a separate esc so I still get all the sounds etc.
the hubs just look goofy.
I used to have a GLOBE LINER truck; I'm STILL kicking myself for selling it... GRRR
BTW, how did you manage to shoehorn a drive diff onto the front axle???
front diff is a highlift axle with the springs from a toyota tundra highlift.
permanent markers are cheap, haha
