Jollof is meant to be rice cooked in the stew so it should have actually gone in raw this time. However there wasn't enough liquid prepared. The recipe was not reliable in this case!

The bottle does not say Worcestershire sauce, you are correct (though it is identical to a Lea and Perrins bottle). What it does say though is that it is a SPICY table sauce, which you said in your previous video you like to put a lot on. There are a few countries known for this: Ghana ( where i'm from), Senegal, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria among others. You’re a Sheffield lass, I knew it!! I have a friend in Sheffield who sends it over to me to Ireland since I moved here because I missed it so much when I moved from Wakey. I went over to Mablethorpe for a couple of weeks and saw some Hendersons in a little supermarket and bought the lot to bring back here with me. It’s nothing like Worchestershire sauce. I can’t eat that but I love me some Hendersons on my cheese on toast 😂😂 x
