If you are healthy and don't attend college, attend a community college or a college in your state, it's usually not. How much more tax would you be willing to pay to have 'free health care' and 'free college'? 10%? 20%? 30%? More? At what point would you pay more in tax than you currently spend on health care and college?

Solely from that terrible careless heartless souless wicked doctors blatant gross extreme negligence and severe malpractice. And not even by mere mistake. Performing an inappropriate procedure that even the US Agency for Hospital Research and Quality determined no reasonable doctor would have done, and then when that incision that never should have been made became infected, absolutely refusing against the adamant urging, begging and pleading of a professional home nurse and me to see her promptly, resulting in that infection localized to a small improper incision that never should have been made to begin with, traveling into her bloodstream and throughout her body and vital organs until she collapsed on the floor, and even then when she was rushed by ambulance back in to him, he severely botched the correctional procedure and quickly forced her back out to the rehab against my trying to do everything I could to keep her in as I could see she was in no condition, and even the rehab put her back in an ambulance and sent her back, before we finally got her the heck out of there to another hospital/doctor who upon sight of what Dr Hayes had done to her in Chester County Hospital, was visibly angry and couldn't hold back from belting out, what was that doctor doing, he had to of known this had no chance of working, rushing her into to the operating room to try to fix too late what he had done to her. Jack that's too much already and there's alot more. That doctor clearly killed my mom and I have multiple documented medical professional testimonies proving it.
In over a year doing everything that can possibly done to at least try to get some kind of justice for what was done to my beautiful, wonderful, sweet, kind and gentle, precious beloved mom, all I find is pure evil and corruption to the depths of hell on earth. I couldn't even hear a word said in the AA meeting tonight. All I could do is think how/if I can go on living in this sickening wicked evil devils world. At what point do I just check myself out, and am I there, or past there already. I thank God for you Jack. You are a mighty presence for Him in this sick rotten evil world. MP’s/Senators find innovative ways to redirect this capital in to private pockets.
This causes a short fall in Social Spending for Health/Education etc.
Which causes deficits in the Budget. Which causes the Government to borrow from Financial Systems at higher and higher interest rates. (Ironically the people that took the capital out of the system, tend to be the same people that lend to the system, creating a positive feedback loop of capital!)
All of which causes the Government to inflate taxes to payback these loans. Or Print Money or borrow more to pay back previous loans!
Which results in a loss of buying power of the citizens. Which results in a wealth transfer from the citizens who must fund the corruption.
Which makes them justifiably angry. Which in turn has created radicalised Left and Right politics.
This system is very beneficial to Oligarchs, Plutocrats, Corrupt Politicians and Financial Systems (who essentially fund the system) in general.
As a result Politicians and Economist will make the argument that the issue is, in fact, in government spending and that we need to privatise everything and open everything to market mechanics.
Which ironically further benefits the Oligarchs, Plutocrats, Corrupt Politicians, who sweep in with shite deals for the citizenry.
As a result in the US 60% total wealth is owned by the top 10 percent of earners. In comparison, the lowest 50 percent of earners only owned 2.5 percent of the total wealth. Three people own more wealth than the bottom 50% of the country!
This is happening worldwide. As oligarchs infiltrate global financial systems to game them, Neo Liberal Economics just adds fuel to the fire.
Run though this system over a period of time and you will radicalise the citizenry. That’s how people end up electing Geert Wilders, Jair Bolsonaro, Trump/Biden or Boris Johnson/Stammer.
These guys will redirect the citizenry’s frustration towards false arguments such as government oversight, Immigration and minorities, Social Spending, climate sensitivity, being the problem for economic growth.
This is a global phenomenon brought on by the universal application of Neo Lib Capitalism.
The way out of it is through a peoples movement. The 1st country to do that was Bangladesh, although they don't have a political party that can back that movement. The 2nd country to do it was Sri Lanka, which had a political movement to back it, hence the new government.

Trump has done some extreme changes to help the US Government save money but what Bernie said is true. It's healthy to have one side guide the other to central balance. FOR EXAMPLE Trump almost removed all that government assistance to save money for the US government however it was too extreme and people like Bernie and those fought back corrected the mistakes on the programs that are essential for those in need but a lot of other programs that were actually sometimes profitable for some which did suck money out of the government did get removed. The deportations are necessary more than 52% of deportations are criminals. Obama had more deportations HOWEVER a common ground can be made to help non-criminal illegal immigrants gain citizenship.
