Our favorite is the Delano at Mandalay Bay! Stayed there 4 times now and never disappoints! Runner up would be Aria. Still need to check out Cosmo though.
@@abdjetta99 We love the Cosmo but were looking for something more affordable so we went with the Mirage on this trip. My sister loves the Delano but we prefer a more generally located hotel. We've also heard great things about the Aria! We will have to check it out on our next trip. 😊
@@TheAirlineChick We really enjoyed The Mirage. The room was clean, and everyone was very friendly. There are some technical issues happening with the transition from MGM to Hardrock, but nothing major. We were comped $100 at check in for food and beverages on site, so that was nice. The property is beautiful. It's a shame that Hard Rock is going to be changing it all. Location in the middle of the strip is very convenient. We had the best lasagna in our lives at the Osteria Costa restaurant there too. If you're a Unity member, just know that not all of the shops will honor your Players Card and award points or allow room charges. The gelato shop by the guest elevators, for instance. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there.
Lol ya I couldn't believe it! Our Sundaes at Girardelli definitely made up for it. 😅 The pool is pretty great! I'm so curious to see what they do with the property in the future. 🤔
Yes, so am I. I'm going in mid-August to see the volcano most likely for the last time. I currently go to the Hard Rock in Tampa, and they have a nice place there. I'm hoping they hit a home run in vegas.
@@charleslittleton6324 When we were there we asked one of the staff if they were going to keep the volcano and at that point in time they had not decided. Interesting you bring up Tampa! We are looking into visiting in October. I'll have to keep the Hard Rock in mind for a hotel option. 😊
@@fernandoguierrez7721 It's where you tip the front desk staff at the hotel $20 in hopes of a room upgrade. I've never tried it..I hear mixed reviews. 🤔

All together, hotel, rental car, food & activities probably about $1200.
I got the cheesecake at that place too. It was awful. But loved the mirage especially the pool.
