    I have something for you to try when you're feeling better. It only costs $1.00 and you get a ton. I've used it, and it may not be as good as other surfaces, but I do like the results. Go to the Dollar Tree where the crayons are located, and pick up a pack of Fingerpaint Paper. I'm not kidding. You get a pack of 20 sheets (I think they are 20 inches by 11? Can't remember the exact dimensions & I'm too lazy to go look, but they are quite large.) They have a shiny surface. Try using alcohol inks on them. The paper is somewhat thinner, but I mount mine on greeting cards, so I don't mind thin paper. It may not be something you want to use all the time, but there might be times when you want something like this. I love how your flowers came alive in this video. I am thrilled to see the hot air curling iron, and I will most likely have to get one! Get better!

    Hello my dear friend, sorry that Asthma is challenging again. Hope you feel better soon. The Conair looks amazing I might have to add it to my list. These colours are just to die for, so delightful, elegant and striking all at the same time. I like you playing and challenging yourself and I love how brave you are to deconstruct and reconstruct you image. You are all that and a few bags of chip, always remember that. When you said missing your worm I laughed out loud. I think the bubbly things did help the roses stand out and when you call anything abstract you can stick anything anywhere lol. You go girlfriend. I am glad you really really like this, as I sure do. Thank you for sharing, get better and keep sharing your amazing creations.

I have the perfect spot in my bathroom I’ve been looking for something to put there and can never find anything I love for it.... until now!! If it’s listed somewhere for sale, let me know!!!!
    And btw, I was literally lol when you said you missed the worm 😂😂

    Hi. I’m loving your videos
    A question about the blow dryer. Do you need the heat or just always a cool air flow
    Thanks again

    • @MyriamsNature
      @MyriamsNature  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Bonnie! Thank you for the kind words! The heat of the dryer is not at all necessary... it’s the airflow that does it. There’s a slightly more expensive version of this type of blower, for example, that has a cool setting (it’s by Revlon)... it works just the same on alcohol ink. 😊💕

    Hey, Myriam..... Back in 1964 my mother got very frustrated while placing chocolate frosting on her yellow cake .. well...... she kept tearing the cake up, and the next thing I knew..... She took both hands and made fists, then proceeded to BEAT THE HELL out of that poor cake! it was EVERYWHERE!!!!! even on the ceiling, and on into the next room! what a mess she had to clean up before dad got home! but it sure did make her feel better at the time!

    • @MyriamsNature
      @MyriamsNature  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh my gosh Karen, this made me chuckle out loud! Poor cake indeed! But I think I can totally relate. My inks have never made it to the ceiling (yet 🤣) but I have destroyed quite a few paintings for sure! 😂😅 We are lucky it can be wiped away and we can start again. 😊💕

    Oh my gosh, you crack me up so bad I can hardly follow the process! I have known since I started watching your videos that you remind me of someone and I am still struggling to figure out who it is! I think it is a relative but not sure. Anyway, I just love watching and listening to you create. This is beautiful. I totally got the flower/leaf immediately and wasn't sure where the bubbles were going. I was listening to you with a friend in the room and he asked what you were doing and I told him you were making alcohol ink art and he, not knowing what alcohol inks were, said he thought you were drinking too much of the alcohol, LOL! Turned out beautiful.

    The "little bubbly things" gave the impression of Baby's Breath flowers. At least for me! You are hysterical..."trimming the bushes" but reducing some of those "bubbles" and getting those "rays", added to the impression of a bouquet. Absolutely beautiful!

    Myriam, I so much enjoy watching you create, you are so talented,you do such great work, and teach so well.Now I’m interested to learn Alcohol Inks Painting, i would be a complete beginner. My daughter got me a Pinata kit,that has i believe 9 colors, the Yupo paper, blending alcohol and some swabs. I think I would need a couple of more things still. I was trying to find your basics videos for Alcohol Ink, you say you have a few,but I only found video #36. Other Alcohol Ink videos are for more advanced. Can you tell me where you have more for beginners, is it not on your TH-cam channel? Much appreciated,thank you! I hope you are doing better,i remember in this video you said you were under the weather

    Hi Myriam, love watching you and listening to your chitter-chatter - think you are so fun to watch❤️ Wanted to mention regarding your new curling brush blower, I have found these in Canada at second hand stores (ie. Salvation Army) for $2.00. Had my son cut the heating coil with a sharp tool inside so it would not have the heat. As well - I went to the dollar store and found those trays that you put your inks in, thank you for that tip. At the dollar store I found extra large puppy pads (big pack for $4.00) they work amazingly well on your desk under your work, ink can run off and dries really fast so one pad can be used over and over.

    Myriam, I bought Piñata exciter pack of inks and diluted them as you showed us. Now, as I use them, I find sediment in them. Some colors are worse than others, ie blue is loaded with sediment and yellow is minimal. It ruins every project I’ve tried so far. Therefore, I am using them full strength,which is too bold for what I am aiming for. I know I can lighten the inks on the project itself but I’m a newbie so I’m trying to take one step at a time. Please tell me what the sediment is all about. Btw, you have been my inspiration,g you’re a great teacher with a great personality.
