- Hello my fellow Chairs and welcome back to Mission Tree Only where we look at a nation's entire mission tree without expanding outside of that mission tree. Today we play as the nation of Austria, which is arguably the most powerful nation in all of Eu4 as they are the emperor of the HRE receiving powerful bonuses that allow them to absolutely DOMINATE ALL of Europe!

Next week we will cover Ethiopia, what is the nation you'd like to see me cover first for the new dlc?
I would like to see the previously flavorless nation of the Mamluks. Although well deserved, there is a lot hype with Byzantium meaning most TH-camrs will probably do them first.
Yeah I also think that Byz is probably the nation everyone's going for. So maybe Black Sheep or White Sheep? :)
I myself am most interested in persia
@snakeoil7089 Mamluks are gonna be a fantastic nation next update probably one of my favorites tbh
@@QBrute_ QQ and AQ are both two of my top 10 favorite nations!
The hardest part in playing an Austrian game is waiting for the Age of Revolutions just to finish the mission tree
100% especially as the game gets larger armies too
"Austrian Australia " what a way to get people to subscribe :P
Austrian-lia sounds better if it wasn't such a tongue twister lol
THATS what I need after a exhausting workday!
I've got 700hrs of EU4 and have yet to play a diplomatic HRE game or as Austria, I've dismantled several times though! Enjoyed seeing this one, making me want to do an Austria campaign before 1.36 hits
Austria is a really fun one for diplomacy! I also like, Bohemia, Hesse, and the Palatinate if you want to dominate the HRE diplomatically
Great video Mr. Chairman, you sure did put a lot of effort and time to make this video… Great content sir!
Thank you so much! 💓
I just did this 2 months ago, got my first "finish this nation's mission tree" achievement ever! I mainly did because I want to do a wc with Austria, maybe even a one faith, and that gets slowed down by trying to get AEIOU because you lose out on a mission if you destroy the reformation before the counter-reformation starts. Such a relief!
Been waiting a hot second for this one, great job :)))
Thank you!
Been waiting for this for a long time and I have not been disappointed
🥳
How fitting. I just started an Austria campaign yesterday!
Love your videos by the way. You've quickly become my favourite EU4 TH-camr!
Hope this helps with some missions! Especially those colonial ones lol
I appreciate it my fellow Chair! 😊
Great video as always! Thank you!!
Thank you!!
Let the Aksum hype train begin!
Woop woop! 🚅
We need an update for the 1.37 mission tree
I swear there sould be an event for instant excomunication if france allies ottos and you are allied to paypal states/they are at war with ottos too.
can you form rome as Austria? Because that is a cursed timeline I want to see...
Soooooo, I had once formed the HRE as Austria and save scummed the game and formed Rome after that to get both achievements lol
1st time viewer, sorry if often asked question, but why not get the +1 mana privileges
Yeah Austria mission tree is insane
How come he didn’t take the gold mine from Bohemia during the forced union? Just to reduce AE?
probably.
if anything you should take prag for the monument that gives imperial authority.
38:08 why didn’t you fully annex it looks so disgusting
nois
why delete ships when you can sell tehm ? xD
Great video, part 2 for completing the HRE mission tree please!
I may do a part 2, I gotta try and squeeze it in between Ethiopia and the next dlc if I did though
God, the HRE vassal swarm is OP
Once I got my vassals I just sat back and let them do all the work lmao
Sorry, when people talk about early inflation being a good modifier I'm just like, No? They're fucking useless? Every loan, every gold mine, every peace deal gives you way more inflation than they ever deal with? One tenth of a fucking percent is a worthless modifier?? It is literally a single fucking loan? Am I on crack or something?? Even if it was a monthly rate, it would still be meh?? I have literally never in my entire several thousand hours of EUIV ever bothered with passive inflation reduction, it's always the 2 for 75 ADM.
Lore of DOMINATING the World is EASY as Austria! Eu4 1.35 (Mission Tree Only) momentum 100
Ah yes A.E.I.O.U lebensrum 🇦🇹 🗿👌😎👍
