I'm 55 and absolutely love this young lady. She has given us so many great dinner ideas, plus she has 2 future cooks she is raising 🍝
I'm 75 and she has such easy recipes and makes them as healthy as possible. She's great. Never too old to learn new tricks and recipes.

As a wife, grandma and daughter taking care of grandchildren throughout the week, a 96 yr. Dad full time along with everything else, the dump & go casseroles are what get us through most weeks. I do my bulk cooking on the weekends so all I have to do is heat up through the week and nothing beats a casserole and a 9x13 dish. I pray the Lord has them waiting for me in my Heavenly kitchen. Thank you, Julie, for all your inspiration. It warms my heart to see younger people have the love of cooking. May God continue to bless and keep you and your family ~ 🙏✝️❤️

The best part of making casseroles is LEFTOVERS!! My husband and I are empty nesters, so we will freeze our leftovers in two serving bags to pull out for an easy dinner!
And, when we host our entire extended family, including five grands, I make so many of your recipes.... doubled!!

Yep, made it yesterday. It was lovely. I sprinkled some salt and pepper along with some thyme. Perfect 👌
Just a tip--when you're using marinara sauce and water, add the marinara first and rinse out the jar with the water so you'll get it all out! The same goes for the soup cans and the broth. I hate wasting food, especially with the inflated costs.

Tastes better if you add in Chicken broth instead of plain water. I usually just mix chicken bullion in water and it tastes great.

Omg your cookbook!! I'm so proud of you. I told you this before, what I love about your videos other than the recipes is you don't bombard folks with subscribe subscribe subscribe like others do which is so important to viewers. Most people roll their eyes and move on. Thats what sets you apart, you do this mostly for the love of sharing good food vrs making this a numbers game like so many do. Again, I'm so proud of you!!

Oh how I wish these videos and wonderful casseroles were around when my husband and I worked full time and were busy running around getting our girls to all their after school activities. These are so simple and my husband I would enjoy them now that we're retired.

Ms. Julia, I made the no peek pork chop casserole and it was so delicious and just what I needed after my 8 hour shift omg. It was so easy to throw together and has so much flavor just like you promised. I served mine with a side of steamed broccoli and it complemented the casserole so well and helped fill my belly for the night. Your recipes are very easy and quick.
If someone wanted to make homemade biscuits, I recommend Cowboy Kent's biscuits. I mix them up, cut them in pieces and freeze them for later use.

Thank you for the pork chop inspiration! I had to get creative with what I had: 2c of leftover gravy, a cup of rice, a packet of teriyaki lo mein noodles, a cup of beef broth. It was so good! 🤤

Hi Julia, all great recipes. I have to confess, when I was in my 30's I made my family black bean soup. Well, it didn't go over well. Not only did it not look good, it tasted even worse. I think we had pizza that night, I don't remember, but it wasn't the black bean soup. Maybe it's time to try them again, but not in soup. 🤣Love these easy recipes. Good luck with your cookbook, I'm sure it will be a winner! Stay well and safe.
My husband doesn't like black beans, so I substitute a canned bean he does like to eat. Usually its pinto bean for two reasons, the first being those are his favorite, the second most recipes that call for black beans have latin style spices and they always pair well with pinto beans.
