No one in country can play like this today. Definitely no one can write, sing, and play like this today. What a great musician. One of the best ever; no questions asked. What class.
WillieIIIreborn Chris definitely can’t play like this. And I say this as HUGE Chris Stapleton fan. He’s got a great voice on the guitar, but it’s all pretty basic guitar playing. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Plus, hot damn, the guy’s voice could beat out just any vocalist in the book!
I’m pretty sure Vince gill sings the best back up harmonies I’ve ever heard. I’ve been watching a bunch of live stuff and he’s a world class musician in so many different ways
One of the most unique country music voices ever. Match that with being one of the greatest guitarists in country music.... one of the all time greats. Brad Paisley shreds guitar, to me, inspired a lot by Vince, with a little new age twang to it.
Wow, surprised he didn’t get a standing ovation! Especially considering people were clapping and dancing their heads around while the song was being performed!
My husband and i use to go out dancin to this song, before my husband passed away. We sure had fun and Vince sure brings out those awesome memories of us cuttin' a rug!!! Best guitarist and country singer ever!!!!
Around 93 or 94 my father drug my teenage butt to a Vince Gill concert. Three hours later after awesome guitar playing and singing I was a Vince fan for life! A musician's musician!
Good memories of Summer 2016 sittin on my favorite little red lawnchair on the deck under the sun on warm summer afternoons playin this song full volume!
Best part of seeing Vince live are the extended guitar solo's....and the stories he tells. The people he's worked with and met over the years is staggering.
Can anyone make out what brand guitar Vince is playing? I've watched it a few times and thought it was a Fender, but closer inspection of the headstock makes me think otherwise.
No wonder this guy had the career 1 of best country music solos ive ever heard
What a stunning rendition and perfomance of this great song! Vince Gill is truly a legend and a killer guitarplayer! Awesome!
Country music is very lucky we got this guy in our industry we be lost without him he is the true meaning of country music legend
This is his song, what a class act!
This what country music should sound like the 90s were days
Would love to see this guy down under in Australia

He will be performing until he dies and God Willing, I will be around to Enjoy it.
Love Vince gill 1 of my favourite country singer
Love Vince’s smile halfway through his solo. Came back into that chorus with a whole new energy. He was really feeling that solo!
I just love Vince Gill - he has everything.
Wow, surprised he didn’t get a standing ovation! Especially considering people were clapping and dancing their heads around while the song was being performed!

God Bless You. May your husband rest in peace.
You are so awesome and sweet I love your music and your voice
What a amazing solo. Had no idea Vince could play like that
He kills that guitar😊
What’s not to love about Vince Gill
What a solo. People forget what a guitar god Vince Gill is. Awesome.
You can tell no one can touch Vince gill when it comes to playing a guitar
Yeah, Vince is the man! One of the great guitar players of all time - and not a bad vocalist! :) Thanks for sharing! :)))
Vince Gill is the MOST awesome singer / player I have ever seen live! You must see him live to appreciate how powerfully great he is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Around 93 or 94 my father drug my teenage butt to a Vince Gill concert. Three hours later after awesome guitar playing and singing I was a Vince fan for life! A musician's musician!
Who else in the country artists who can write songs, sing them beautifully, and play the instrument at a level of world class!
Only Brad Paisley, Ricky Skaggs, and Glen Campbell come to mind.
@@JustCallMeLoathesome Keith Urban
He is One of the best guitar of all times
Good memories of Summer 2016 sittin on my favorite little red lawnchair on the deck under the sun on warm summer afternoons playin this song full volume!
So underrated as a lead guitarist! One of the best out there
That solo! Especially the part with the pull offs starting around 2:55! Vince you are the man!
THAT SOLO IS RIGHT!!
Hearing this in 2021 and then listening to "The Eagles" version in 2018...I like that it is slowed down a bit.
I can listen to this live version all day, guitar solo is amazing, eat it paisley lol jk
It stopped me in my tracks!!!!
Paisley and gill 2 best country guitarists of all time though
Sweatpea en fuego
the live version w/out the horns, that's what I was looking for!
That's really sounds,l love that thanks.😅
Such good sounds. Vocals. That guitar solo. Jeez. A powerful wave of a song moving me every time I listen.
what a beautiful talent.
I like this song so much, when i do many activies in my house.... It's all easy and fast.... I love this so much makes me happy 😀👍
I see Sonya Isaacs too...makes it even better
Such a beautiful song by another fellow Okie! Loved that solo he did as well.
With this style of soloing, it's pretty easy to see why Dire Straits tried to recruit Vince in the 80s.
This is my favorite song!!!!!!!
Awesome tune
Thanks so much for posting this stuff! I used to have it on a VHS, and never thought I'd hear it again.
Vince Gill is in my top ten players for sure, he has it all!
wow, they sped up😮
Best part of seeing Vince live are the extended guitar solo's....and the stories he tells. The people he's worked with and met over the years is staggering.
Great song.
❤🤩😘
That's been a round a long long time
Think he's one of James Burton's favorites of his guitar sons.
keith Urban Is Close, Steve Wariner Is Even Closer But This Guy Is Just Mesmerising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
3 people let their love slip away.
Whoa! WOW! I love watching him back then...he looked so cool and sexy...I just like watching with his moves....
I like this one ALOT better than the vid with the horns.
Yeah nice guitar solo
Was this recorded on a strat? Always assumed it was a tele

Fender Nocaster
This guy has that country twang
