Voici comment faire le Spiced Pear
1 oz or 30 ml Rhum épicé Cherry River
1 oz or 30 ml Liqueur de Poire
1 oz or 30 ml Jus de Poire fraichement pressé
0.5 oz or 15 ml Jus de lime frais
0.5 oz or 15 ml sirop simple
Shaker sur glace pendant 10 à 15 secondes
Double filtrer dans un verre old fashioned rempli de glace
Garnir avec un éventail de poire
Santé!
Voici comment faire le Smoked Godfather
2 oz or 60 ml Scotch
0.5 oz or 15 ml Amaretto Cherry River
2 Dash Amer Aromatique
Remuer avec de la glace
Fumer le cocktail dans le verre à mélanger avant de filtrer
Filtrer sur glace dans un verre old fashioned
Santé!

1.5 oz or 45 ml Rhum épicé Cherry River
0.75 oz or 22.5 ml Liqueur d'orange Cherry River
1 oz or 30 ml Citron frais
0.5 oz or 15 ml Sirop simple
Shaker sur glace pendant 10 à 15 secondes
Double filtrer dans une coupe à cocktail avec un rim de sucre à la cannelle
Garnir avec un zest d'orange
