Nicki deserves way more subscribers than she has! Come on everyone, subscribe. Any Nicki, don't be shy about asking people to like and subscribe in every video. Nobody will mind. You don't have to make a big deal about it but make it clear and prominent in your video for 5 seconds and then move on to your content. Everyone else does it.
Hello Nicki. I never comment on video’s but just wanted to let u know that my wife and I are both subscribed to your channel and are looking forward for every new video you post. We watch them together during dinner and enjoy every bit of it. And Looking at your previous video’s when there isn’t a new one. Please keep them comming. Greetings from Friesland, The Netherlands
I don’t think people realize how much it helps you if they subscribe. I just found you earlier this year, about the same time as lockdown, and it only took watching one of your beautiful videos for me to subscribe. I live in the Midwest U.S., and I’m fascinated by how differently we live, but how much we’re really the same. And, as I’ve told you before, when I watch your videos I can feel my blood pressure go down. ❤️
Not a moment of your videos is boring to me so never think that, I love and appreciate all of it! Lucky day, not 1 but 2 pasta making segments= bonus! The different shapes are interesting. Thank you Nicki
Well, after watching Nicki do this pasta making a few times. I am going to give it a go. I always thought it involved having a pasta machine...but its done at a table with help. I have help..lets see how it turns out! never boring, its actually inspiring!
And you for sharing the traditional hand methods of making pasta - no fancy equipment required! I would have never guessed putting a skewer through the middle would form a macaroni- Genius
Who wouldn't want to subscribe? I love seeing your vlog each week an how beautiful Positano is an your adventures! An of course seeing Holly, Lilly, Itty Bitty an the chickens are a highlight also!

I find it very interesting to see how an English girl like myself lives abroad especially in such a pretty place like Positano🌅🛶🏞️ Good idea with the herb rack🌿
What a beautiful holiday!!! The castle was spectacular. So wonderful having Celine abs company. What a lovely adventure!!! Thank you so much for taking us with you!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
I was in a tiny home in maintains ( no telephone , no internet there ) and I miss to watch you guys like family ! Much love from Greece Macedonia . 3 videos is a present 🕊🛍⛵🏄♀️
Hi Nicki. This is the first time I have ever subscribed to a TH-cam channel. My wife Helen and I have been watching your videos for a very long time on our TV and we wanted to let you know how much we enjoy them. We were married on 20th June 2003 in Positano at the Town Hall (Comune) and we spent our "luna di miele" at the Buca di Bacco. We visited Positano last year in late September when we stayed at the Excelsior in Pogerola near Amalfi. As ever it was so beautiful yet so much more crowded. A bit different this year I think. We almost regard you, Carlo, Skye and Holly as part of our family. All your videos are so beautiful and professional and must take a lot of hard work. All the best to everybody and God bless from Bill (retired London Taxi Driver) and my beautiful Wife Helen.
I subscribed the 1st day I discovered your amazing TH-cam Channel ❤️🇮🇹🇺🇸 I live in Southern California, & have been visiting the Amalfi Coast since my 1st trip there in 1987! Your Videos are such a Vacation from these difficult days!
1987 I am right there with you, I have been back so many times too - you never forget and its wonderful to see it right now, as you say in difficult times. I was looking for a channel a month back that was based in Positano - because I was supposed to go back this year. Then the world stopped. May we both get back there soon!
I hope many more viewers subscribed. I so appreciate the effort you put into each video. They are always interesting and inviting. I admire your talent for telling your story. Thank you so much for doing. Have a great week.
Carlo should be very impressed with that herb hanger, it came out lovely and so simple. I love the "No Tools Required" assembly. Great job, and thank you for taking your time out to make these videos for us. We all really do appreciate and look forward to them. Especially since so many of us could not travel this year. It's been a bit of a life saver! 😊
Hi Nicki. Could you make a video on some of the cakes you bake. Also maybe a tour of a ceramic factory where they paint the beautiful ceramics. We had a beautiful piece shipped to Brisbane form a ceramics studio down the road from Hotel Poseidon where we stayed. Also another idea for video would be room tours of the hotels as the season may be getting quieter. Also teaching some Italian words would be great for future trips and how you actually leant Italian. Keep up the good work! Take care Karen 😍
Memories of my mom- she could have a feast anytime with what we had at home! Growing up I never realized how special that was! We just took it for granted that mom could feed at the drop of a hat! So many times making homemade pasta! loved the opening scene with the waves on the beach! How clever you are! I love the herb rack! I am a subscriber for a long time! Can’t remember when I hit that button!
Nicki Positano I chose that name for TH-cam, cause I love to watch. My maiden name is Italian. Dad from a small town above Ravello. Mom was from a small town outside of Naples. So sorry I scared you! ❤️
I wouldn’t worry about asking people to subscribing liking and writing comments it all helps you grow the channel and thinking long term it’s the least viewers could do saying as you give so much in your time at the very least 👏👏👏
I love your videos they are some of the best on TH-cam and the reason I’ve started to learn Italian! The herb rack is lovely. How nice to be able to sit around the table making pasta and having a chat. 🤗
Love the yellow dress it’s great. Yes they should subscribe. No need to hit the bell but your delightful videos are always on the top line of the TH-cam selection for me
Thank you Nicki, your videos are so natural, informative, and warm. I enjoy watching your life and those of your family and friends. Thank you for enriching my life.
Wow! Your life style is just beautiful if only we all lived like you growing your own vegetables and cooking. Today people live for to many material things in life and forget about the most important things in life love you both and thankyou so much for your outstanding videos of your beautiful country love from Australia 🇦🇺
I have been binge watching these. What lovely people and what lovely back drop. Those stairs though!!! Their buns tighter than my families. Thats for sure!!!
Nicki you are the most consistently enjoyable vlog and should have many more subscribers . Ask your viewers to share on all your social media. I will do this. I would love more food segments. I also think you should submit a food vlog plus print article to Sam Sifton at The NY Times. I am rooting for you. You saved my sanity during lockdown. You are down to earth and accessible to everybody!!!! N
Dear Nicki and Carlo, I have watched your vlog with joy and envy every day. I am 80 years old now and doubt that I will ever travel to Positano after lock down. I will try and if I can will enjoy all the sights, sounds, the incredible beauty of living on the sea in the mountains. Much love to you both. I am in the mountains of Arizona in Prescott, that's as close as I can get right now. Auguri!!
Hi Nicky and Carlo, I do appreciate all the hard work both you and Carlo put in to make these videos, and a big shout out to Luka, Holly, and all the rest that contributes to these beautiful videos of yours, it has made life so much more enjoyable in this time we are all going through, much much appreciation, lots of love all the way from SA, Cape Town
I love your herb Rack, Nicki. It is natural & unique. You are creative & courageous to jump that high wall. I love the fresh pasta rolling with friends & family.
Absolutely brilliant video, men like Antonio are very rare , especially inheriting his family’s way of life, and such a character . Loved every minute of your video.
You’ve given me the most wonderful idea to make an herb hanger. I have a large approx. 2.5 meter opening between my kitchen and living room, some herbs hanging would be wonderful. I have many types in my garden- thyme, oregano, sage, lavender, and rosemary. I love the fresh smell and also enjoy putting them in flower arrangements in the house ( Roses and Hydrangeas are my best flowers) - I think I need to start having pasta making parties- looks so fun.
Hi Nicki. Lovely video again. Glad you now have much faster WiFi. The fact that you persevered with the slow uploads is a credit to you. I have often mentioned you on a few other Italian bloggers but I think they follow you already. I subscribed to Instagram to follow you and may I say there are lots more interesting photos and facts there. Your vlogs of you, your life, your whole extended family and friends are so honest. You bring great life to the whole area around you. You’re generously share with your viewers and I’ve said it before, you deserve more subscribers. Feel free to mention it from time to time. I think many people can’t wait to visit all your recommendations next year. PS the dresses you and your friend are wearing on Instagram are fabulous on you. ☘️❤️🌈
Nicki Positano I think your followers will increase at a steady rate for a few more months and then when you hit 30,000 followers more follow very quickly after. Have a great week. Look forward to your vlog on Wednesday. PS you never mentioned if your knees got better 😉☘️❤️🌈
Brava on the herb hanger! A great design and you’ll probably wish you’d made it a long time ago 🤣 The flower you zoomed in on with the spots is beautiful and unique. It reminded me of a starfish 🌟🐠 💕 I’ve been subscribed for a long time! You bring us all so much joy 🎉🇮🇹
Those chickies are really well fed! Great video! Funny to see Carlo's Italian cousin with a British accent! Love the hanging herbs! Pretty and functional!
Thank you for all the effort that you put into these videos. And thank everyone that consents to be in them! Even all the animals, except "not my cat" who doesn't live there. All the time anyway. Love you guys, from Texas.
Ciao. Sunday morning...and a cup of tea and a weekly update from Nicki...what joy...happy to subscribe to your channel ...and the cookery book is a delight...thank you for all your hard work filming and editing ( the bit I hate with holiday films ) so bless you for all your hard work. How lovely to see Positano in Oct closing down...much like our UK resorts are now..also lovely to hear from the girls how School was for them. Stay safe.. (happy to watch the adverts so you get paid ..) PS love the hanging 🌿 herbs...
Fabulous how you made the hanger for your herbs out of a branch, so cute seeing you climb the wall with your dress, nothing beats you, got to admire you 💖 Love watching you and your lovely family and beautiful Positano 🇮🇹
Really enjoying your wonderful videos. Life in Positano is ideal and your home and garden are great. Lovely to see the beautiful food you prepare from the ingredients you grow. Pure and healthy. Keep the videos coming. They are a wonderful escape in these troubled times.I often wonder what my life would of been like if my parents had not of migrated from Italy to Australia 60 years ago.
Great video, vicariously watch storms thru your video's. Thankyou for including the childrens experiences. We adults have skills to manage.....children really need the support of their parents (great parenting Elizabeth!) And their extended family (super job Nicole!) And their community. Community has changed so much.....how many kids automatically hug their teacher (at that age most everyone). That is hard on kids who feel apprehensive, and now behind the red line teachers are unapprochable. Psychology hard on kids. Hang in there. Big hugs to all of you over there from all of us in Oregon. Are fires are almost out now. It has been a long and challenging summer.
Nicki your videos are a balm...your sensibility, lifestyle, and video details always make me smile...thank you for doing them as I really look forward to seeing your life in Bella Positano...
We are so used to seeing Carlo create things, but you are so creative as well! That herb drying rack is absolutely perfect! I dont know if you guys have crepe myrtle trees out there that get trimmed each seasons, but here in GA we trim them back each late winter and the new ones grow straight up and fast, so each year we have a perfect harvest of beautiful straight pieces of wood that dry so well. A light sanding and they are the prettiest sticks that there ever were lol.
Hello Nicki, loved everything about this video. It was like being there as a member of your family. Pasta making with family and friends. The girls are always so happy to be involved and I just love their beautiful accents. How ingenious with the herb rack everything from the garden even the wood on which to hang them. I have been a subscriber since discovering your channel during our lockdown so at least covid did something positive for me. So pleased to hear the Aussie accent which makes me feel even more at home in your videos. Always appreciate the work you put into producing everything you and Carlo do.🥰🤗
Started watching your vlogs while things were really bad here in New York City. They provided a little light and an escape during the darkest times here. Since then my wife and I have continued to watch and enjoy your episodes. Thanks for continuing the hard work. Bob
They say, "rainy days and Mondays always bring me down," but not when I view *The Positano Diaries.* I like the drying rack for your herbs - very creative. Leni and Rosie are growing up so quickly, glad they had a great first week at school. Thank you for the variety on your vlog, SO enjoyable! Take care Nicki, Carlo and friends. xxoo
I marathon'd your videos all day, shared with my gal pals, and on Facebook. Been looking for lifestyle channel that hits me in my soul. Thank you for being a great sharer of an amazing land, people and culture. I needed to slow down and get pleasure and adventure out of life and you have been a great muse. Stay healthy and continue sharing.
When it rains in Positano it REALLY rains🌧💦💧The good thing is that afterwards, everything looks really clean and shiny. Loved your herb hanger. I think you’ve learned these handy skills from Carlo over the years. Very impressed. Loved your mustard dress.
I like the herb rack. I see Carlo isn’t the only crafty one. 😉 I was nervous watching you climb. I fractured my ankle in June. It happened so easily so am very nervous now about climbing etc. Btw, that’s when I discovered your vlog. I was laid up for 10 weeks. I love how you eat, meals are so simple and healthy. Must try to make my own pasta. 🤔 Have a great week. Thanks for the video. 🙏🏽
Late to the party watching this in April 21 - but thoroughly enjoyed it ! This house says dont worry about activities to feature - we could happily potter about your garden with the chickens - such a wonderful vibe - our virtual visits to you have been such a tonic in the uk lockdown - thank you so much
For the life of me I cannot see why people don't subscribe. Your vlogs are my favourite - honest, down to earth, beautiful and full of love. They're a real taste of Italian life. People who feel the need to be sarcastic should perhaps just stop watching instead. Kia kaha, Nicki, and keep on being honest and true to yourself. (PS I loved your comment, "I really don't know what I'm going to do with you"!)
Another lovely Positano vlog. You had rain like we did. Finally stopped. Pasta lessons were fun for your visitors and the kids at the end. Was that Carlo's Mom at Elizabeths? Sad to see the town close up already. Lets hope next year it's booming with tourists. Holly and Lilly and LBK look as loveable as ever. The chickies are so plump. Garden still has so much bounty and love the DIY herb hanger. Stay safe and enjoy your week. Ciao❤
I love you friends from England! They seemed so genuine and lovely, just like your own family and they pitched in to help without a single complaint...at least no complaint that WE heard!! lol
Found your channel today and already subscribed without asking because they're great! I did a Europe cruise about 10 years ago and one of the stops was Positano and just fell in love with the place, who doesn't! This takes me back , love listening to the Italian language and watching how you live from my home in Houston, Texas (relocated from Melbourne, Australia). Just started my channel and know how many hours of filming and editing it takes just to make a short 2 minute video, let alone 20minutes. Ciao!
It was fascinating to see how the macaroni was made... I am going to try that. I do hope more people who watch you actually subscribe - your content is wonderful and I truly enjoy watching the beautiful simplicity of gardening and walking, cooking and your pets, and all the snippets of daily life. Thank you, Nicki, for your work in bringing such quality videos to us each week.
Loved the herb hanger you made beautiful. Really enjoyed the macroni making. The songs by Lucy are very fitting loved them. Thank you for all the efforts you take to make these beautiful videos .
Thank you, Nicki. Can't believe auto-text had the last word...it kept trying to type Carol. CARLO CARLO CARLO. There reprogrammed the control freak now. Enjoy the rain... Look at the beauty it brings. And a free top up for the pool. 🤗❤️🌹
I really appreciate all the long hours and hard work you put into making these truly entertaining, informative, and fun videos. Thank you so very much. I appreciate your family too.
You had me at ice cream, my fav food I eat it all year round and especially Italian. I subscribed a long time ago , so glad I did. Elizabeth’s children are too adorable. Love watching your videos makes me feel like I am still in Italy. Grazie per tutto!..........🤗🇨🇦
Sunday morning and we are waiting to enjoy your video. Lovely and delicious time. It is a lot of wotk for sure, but we are pleased that you are able to give your time to us. Thank you Nicki.
Nicki, you popped up in my feed and I have been enjoying your videos completely . I find you authentic and so appreciate what you bring to us viewers. While I'm sure there are things you long for, what you have is perfection in so many ways. I'm inspired. Thank you. 😍💖
Again, a wonderful video. My sister, who lives in Delaware, subscribed (I never asked her to) a few months ago after I kept forwarding your videos to her, the videos I thought she might be interested in. We were in Positano, Capri and Sorrento together in July 2017 with an escorted tour of Italy and loved every second of our days on the Amalfi Coast. I love the group pasta making and your delightful handmade herb drying rack. Love your dress.🙂 Take care. Barbara in San Diego💕
Love the rain there. Ever thought about doing time lapse videos on those heavy rainy days? With those views, even just views of your garden I found very relaxing and even went back 3xs just to watch the rain. I find myself marathon watching your videos just to have on my TV as a relaxing background. Thank you!
Thank you Nicki for your vlogs. I look forward to watching them and I have learnt so much about Positano through them. I love it when you make pasta with Elisabeth, Leni and Rosi. You make it look so easy. Watching you scale that wall in your dress today was awesome. Good on you because recently I tried to open my fly screen door with my foot holding a large pot plant and ended up falling down the stairs😬Ouch! I still have a lump on my backside but at least my bruising is better😩
Everyone should subscribe otherwise they miss out on such wonderful vlogs... I get quite excited when my notification dings to announce your arrival... I don't under stand why there are almost 6000 views and only 748 likes... it's not difficult to click on the thumbs up icon... it's the first thing I do before I've even watched as I know I'm going enjoy... my days of climbing walls have lessened... I need a ladder nowadays.. lovely vlog...thanks for sharing... glad the rain eventually stopped... it's been bucketing down in the UK the last few days... lovely Italian sunshine today although a little lower in temperature.. have a great week.. xx
Hi Nicki. Thank you for your vlog episode regarding the beautiful sea glass. I purchased some gorgeous jewellery from Idee d’Arte for my daughter in law for Christmas - a momento - celebrating their honeymoon in Positano in 2017. We love all of your videos and content 💐
Hi Nicki 😊 what rain! Nice you and Carlo had company did they have to stay the night with you guys due to the rain? How sweet are the girls it's sad how school has to take the precautions the distancing and everything else that goes with it but Lani and Rosa seem to be taking it well...Brava❣️ love your video and Holley girl.
Great Stunning dramatic start of the VLOG with the crashing waves. Loved hearing about Leni and Rosi first week back at school and the Herb creation was brilliant. Looked so in place ☘️🌿😀. Thank you again for sharing ❤️
Nicki, thank you so much for sharing your life with us. I visited Positano September 2019 and absolutely adored it. Your videos have helped me tremendously get through the past year. Many things you cook and your lifestyle so resemble my Nonno and Nonna which brings so much happiness to me.
If you enjoyed this video of Nicki’s hard work, please hit the like button..👍👍👍👍👍
I have no idea! I binged as soon as I found her videos and subscribed right away

The thing about days is that they are not always exciting, but they are always relevant. Thank you again !
i adore watching Holly leaping up and down those steps. she always looks like she is smiling. love the videos.
That was lovely to have the little one explain school. I think we are all fascinated with how different countries are dealing with these challenges.

Thank you , you are very kind to do that!
Oh thank you!
My wife and I just subscribed. Big fans of your family and the wonderful Holly.
Awesome! Thank you!
The Stapelia flowers are gorgeous. I love the rustic herb drying rack. I wish I had my own garden so I could grow herbs and make a cute drying rack.
How come anyone watching Nicki's video without subscribing? 😩😤
Just started watching and subscribed!
@@risabrown8819 Me too!! I love her videos, not a boring moment with them.
I’m loving catching up on your older videos.
Stay safe.. (happy to watch the adverts so you get paid ..)
PS love the hanging 🌿 herbs...
I love watching your videos as it is winter where I live and I feel like I am able to experience a warm and delightful vacation.
Yes, all fires have been out for a few weeks now
Nicki your videos are a balm...your sensibility, lifestyle, and video details always make me smile...thank you for doing them as I really look forward to seeing your life in Bella Positano...
Thank you !
@@NickiPositano youre so welcome
You have wonderful content, don’t worry about asking for subscribers ask away! You put so much time and effort.
Ok thanks!
I've watched well over a dozen videos and I subscribed after the 1st one...Your videos are never boring
Always appreciate the work you put into producing everything you and Carlo do.🥰🤗
thank you so much!
Started watching your vlogs while things were really bad here in New York City. They provided a little light and an escape during the darkest times here. Since then my wife and I have continued to watch and enjoy your episodes. Thanks for continuing the hard work.
Bob
"Miss, I can do ANYTHING in a dress Nicki"! I absolutely LOVE that you do EVERYTHING in a dress! Even climb over a wall! LOL!!!
I appreciate all your work on your videos, they are life changing....
I appreciate that!
Raining non stop in England at the moment☔ but the sunshine is on its way! Hooray! Love your videos Nikki 🍂🌹👒🌻🍁🦋🍂
Sundays are not complete without your videos. Thank you for making them for us. I really appreciate you 😀
They say, "rainy days and Mondays always bring me down," but not when I view *The Positano Diaries.* I like the drying rack for your herbs - very creative.
I've been told I'm a mountain goat, please don't worry on my behalf!
Ciao❤
Thank you! No, that was the girls babysitter, not Carlos mum!
I love you friends from England! They seemed so genuine and lovely, just like your own family and they pitched in to help without a single complaint...at least no complaint that WE heard!! lol
Omg, luv your lives. Through the ups and downs, beautiful Nikki and your family.😃😃😃
Ciao!
Nice herb rack Nicki! Thanks Leni and Rosi for sharing your back to school experience!😊
Realmente eres bendecida al vivir en ese hermoso paraíso, llamado positano!!!❤️❤️❤️🇮🇹
It's my birthday today and this is a treat! Thank you, Nicki and Caro. Big kiss to Holly and the cats. Kim 💕
Happy Birthday!
Thank you, Nicki. Can't believe auto-text had the last word...it kept trying to type Carol. CARLO CARLO CARLO. There reprogrammed the control freak now. Enjoy the rain... Look at the beauty it brings. And a free top up for the pool. 🤗❤️🌹

Hello hello!
Totally loving the family time. Thank you for sharing....

Sunday morning and we are waiting to enjoy your video. Lovely and delicious time. It is a lot of wotk for sure, but we are pleased that you are able to give your time to us. Thank you Nicki.
You two are delightful and so entertaining..... you’re living most of our dreams 😎
Thanks for sharing with her!
Oh dear!
Lovely, I love your videos, life is beautiful in Positano, thank you for sharing such beautiful moments, your videos are so relaxing, ❤
I need a ladder nowadays.. lovely vlog...thanks for sharing... glad the rain eventually stopped... it's been bucketing down in the UK the last few days... lovely Italian sunshine today although a little lower in temperature.. have a great week.. xx
Hope the rain stops for you!
Ruth Bernstein, I sure wish we could have just some of the rain here in LA and up north...bless them...
Great video, as always, thanks
I just love your vegetable garden!
I love your yellow dress it looks gorgeous on you 💛
As always, thank you for a bit of lovely escape. Ciao ciao.
Hi Nicki. Thank you for your vlog episode regarding the beautiful sea glass. I purchased some gorgeous jewellery from Idee d’Arte for my daughter in law for Christmas - a momento - celebrating their honeymoon in Positano in 2017. We love all of your videos and content 💐
Wonderful!
Nice video : ) beautiful evening shot of the boat going by the cliff!
