if we can use the fly ash brick for making home purpose is that good or not... and it can face the load of the building
Use solid concrete blocks for external load bearing walls and fly ash bricks for smaller internal walls. AAC can't take too much load and using of clay bricks(also sand ) harms nature 🙏🏼 please educate yourself .
Wrong all AAC blocks are not created equal.

Aac blocks can be used as it a cheaper alternate and also earthquake proof and no problem of cracks as there is very less climate change

That is the disadvantage of AAC. Instead you can go for CLC block for which you can use either cement mortar or any adhesive without any hesitation.

In your another video, you said that compressive strength of AAC block is more than Brick. But in this video you saying Brick is having more compressive strength. Please clear this ... Which is having more strength?
If you use first class brick then Brick has more compressive strength and if you using third class brick than AAC blovk has more compressive strength.
But it is nowhere mentioned about the class or category of Bricks and AAC blocks in your video while showing comparison between these.... Please mention clearly when comparing otherwise it is creating confusion.

AAC Block Is Brittle? At 2:17 min, the presenter says AAC block is brittle. The US block I've seen and experienced is NOT brittle. Hit it with a hammer multiple time and it does not fracture - dents a little but does not fracture or break apart - see other videos on its strength. US AAC block receiving many hard hammer swings and is not breaking is not what I call brittle - like how a brick fractures.
Just look at the video's picture pile of AAC block. I surmise this picture shows inferior block AND most of that debris pile is damaged and cut block which happens over time. I don't see fractured block.
Of note, there is AAC block and then there is AAC BLOCK. Inferior AAC block (or block NOT made to US (or similar) specs might be brittle. Perhaps lower-quality components, poor mixing or the batch is not processed properly might make brittle AAC block.
In summary, the US, European and Mexican block that I've experienced is not brittle. Cheaply made AAC block, an inferior cousin, may well be brittle.

A lot of information from India regarding AAC is different from the rest of the world, especially Europe, where AAC has been used for decades. AAC blocks can actually be produced and bought as load bearing blocks for two or more stories. They do not crack easily, just because they are AAC. They do not require a concrete lintel beam at 120 cm just to prevent cracks. In Europe no such lintel beam is required. Such reinforcements may need to be added though for earthquake resistance.
If the right kind of plaster is used no chicken wire or other reinforcement is needed, but it needs to be a plaster approved by the AAC manufacturer. I believe most cracks can be traced to foundation failures or wrong usage of the AAC adhesive. Possibly also issues of quality control when AAC is manufactured.
Another point mentioned in the comments is that AAC is not used for the first story of a building, possibly due to issues with dampness. In other parts of the world AAC is certainly used directly on the ground floor. Usually a layer of bitumen is added in between the slab and the first layer of AAC to prevent dampness from rising.

No, It's not for small houses. It's made for high rise building.

AAC BLOCKS should be used 1.for internal partation walls,
2 they should not be used for external walls of buildings
3. They should not be used in plinth, also for parapets and compound walls etc.

Please please please don't use aa blocks in your house building or apartment. I have done the biggest mistake of my life by using aac blocks. The wall of aac block cracks from everywhere. Approx 4 to 5 cracks in every wall.

7.5 n/mm2is maximum strength of first class brick class designation 7.5.

Being a civil engineer I'm not impressed with AAC blocks. People (particularly promoters) are using this to reduce cost of building. If someone wants to make a building with clay bricks the cost would certainly goes up due to higher cost of bricks...requirement of much more cement and obvious TMT bars...to increase bearing loads. Now using AAC reduces all these expenditures. So naturally Promoters are inclining towards AAC blocks. Now about red bricks....some of the earliest example of civilisation around the world had been built based on red bricks like Harappa Mahenjodaro or iconic Qutub Minar all made of red bricks.
