    Im so happy that y'all are doing this video. With the death of Mike Thalassitis, it really brought up the fact that a man's mental health is *just as important* as a woman's... especially with those reality shows ☹️

    Edit- at the same time, reality shows need to up the game with giving mental health evaluations, and counselling before, during, AND after the show to make sure they are all okay, male AND female contestants both.

    People better keep a eye on Sam, lost three of his pals and he comes across completely fine. But deep down it’ll affect him

    This video is so important. Forever hoping that the stigma around mental health ends. Especially around men’s mental health.

    This video is so important they should have more things like this so that people feel free to talk about how they feel rather than suffering and then committing suicide it's just heartbreaking

    I love that man are taking about mental health more than ever before. Also no matter if they are A class or Z class celebrity is important to hear what they have to say. My one concern is that I hope this issue will not become as tool used by celebrities to promote their businesses and themselves and leave behind the real issue we talking about.

      matt & LDN We both know it already is. Always feels bad to talk negatively about something that should be positive but “ mental health” is just another buzz phrase I’m afraid. It’s just mostly empty words now. As much as teaching people to deal with these kinds of issues is important - men in particular - it is equally important to discuss why these issues are so common. Could it really be that the world is just that shit of a place for everyone - even people that appear to have less problems than others? The short answer is yes, life is pretty awful regardless of who you are, but surely there has to be something we can do as individuals and as a collective unit. It feels very inhuman to abandon hope and accept that misery is inevitable but it also seems highly plausible.

    It’s always the extroverts that talk about this stuff they should try and get introverts

    • @thedrunkenramblingsnorthea4201
      @thedrunkenramblingsnorthea4201 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      how can you tell that these people are extroverts? Just because they are on reality TV does not mean that they are natural extroverts. I have been an introvert most of my life and as a nervous reaction, I start to ramble and hold my head up and have extrovert body language. That DOES NOT mean I am a natural extrovert. It is an act.
      If you wactehd the video - they talk about you cannot actually know how a person is until you speak to them.
