Yeah I know it’s hard to find a good one. I do recommend using Vogel 8988 which is a full suit! The double breasted jacket is perfect and the pants are good too.
Please size the pattern for tween/teen aged. My little guy likes to dress nice and would like me to make him clothes. It's easy to find patterns for girls of all ages but as you can imagine, it's not easy finding things for boys. I would love to make the jacket for him.
