First of all , you are using Kidney beans, foul is not made of those , foul is made of Fava Beans
One can clearly see the difference.
Yes you are right , Arabs mostly have this in breakfast and in dinner as well.
Secondly in Foul mudammas only black peppers, Cumin powder and salt is used in terms of spices not all of the desi spices you have used.
None the less it looks amazing

Actual ingredient is foul (Fava beans) it calls Bakla ki phali in India and Pakistan, but it has different names also. Any how this brother tried. But no,we will not get real taste of foul with kidney beans☺☺☺.
An other thing missing in this is liquid cheese, without cheese it will not give you taste.👍👍👍
