In this wonderful day of tech, I have identified as a transsexual on my Baylor Health Ap.Last week my Pulmonologist approached me about my transition, was wonderful.
Everyone who douches a lot at home should really look into getting a hand-held bidet. All I have to do is get it close enough, relax and then the water pressure is enough to push the water inside me without needing to insert anything.
As an added bonus they are a lot better than toilet paper after you poop and they are also really handy for cleaning the toilet bowl.

When you get into a car, you accept that being in an accident is a possibility. However, driving is fricken awesome. Anal sex is a bit like this. When you douche....you relax and wait for when you think that you are done...then squat and push a couple of times. If more comes out...you rinse out again. Make sure that the douche is warm and gentle...not hot and or hard. Cold works...but is NOT as comfortable and can make you tense up.If you douche gently every day you get regular and more efficient each time. AND YES.... LUBE LUBE LUBE....

I’ve been good with a single serving. I tend to spend some time on all fours leaning forward on my elbows for a slight decline in my torso. Then drop it all and clean and dont forget some fragrance! 💋

I use a shower shot to douche.
Like Neil I use a shattaf (aka "Moslem shower" on EvilBay) on a diverter from the shower, and insert a (lubed) plug, spend 5-10 minutes moving around normally finding clothes, tidying - it's pretty obvious when it's time to empty out!

Hi Ashley, I Love you and your videos there is a shop in L.A. called the Pleasure Chest when I lived there my room mate and I discovered a gadget that you attach to the shower and the best description I can think of is is a mini pressure hose ( of sorts ) for before and after and all I can say is that it was quite effective and best part was super fast have you heard of or any experience with one of these?
I have since tried finding it again on line but no luck

@@HLl564 All women are biological. SRS changes the shape of genitals and sometimes takes tissue from other body parts, for transmen's neopenises.
I remember having to do a low salt diet and I can tell people when you have to do that you will poop a lot less often and it will be a lot less messy. Mostly because you can't eat any processed food or dairy in that diet. Though I had to do it for a medical reason, so I was also kind of forced to stay with that diet no matter what. And that helps. Bonus plus side you also lose weight not eating all the junk.

I am still a virgin who is restricted to self-play. But my approach is to not douche at all. I used to douche. But then I read about how it hurts your colon. So I just put down a towel on the bed that I don't care about when I play with my butt and stop if I feel like I need to poop.

Save money by going and getting a transfer pump from the auto store. They are used to transfer gas from one container to another. get a gallon jug like the milk kind and stick one end in the jug and the other end in the butt. Pump the bulb and it will put water in the body cavity and then pull it out and purge the liquid and repeat. No more buying flushing kits at the store
I think the best (so far) is a diverter valve on the shower, long hose to reach the toilet, and a Shattaf/shower -shot/"Moslem shower", excellent for cleaning inside and out. Total cost about 10 Local Currency Units, great for regular use every time you're sat there and there's no better feeling than being clean and shiny inside and out 🙂
Saves a fortune in toilet paper too!

Bad idea. Don’t douche with alcohol, it will burn horribly.
Not a good idea, like others pointed out there are plenty of risks, plus it can mess up your gut flora, and when doing anal it's really important to know when something hurts and inebriated will nymb or shut off your ability to be present with your body which can lead to being pushed past damaging conditions.

Hey Lucas, most of us struggle with who and what we are. Some of my first memories are of wearing my sister's clothes, and I went to school one Halloween as prostitute with my girlfriend dressed as a pimp. I knew I loved dressing up femme, so I did things like that every few years and served in the military for the full twenty without any issues. It was only as I retired and finally had enough time to truly look around and figure out what to with the rest of my life that I realized I might be trans. I never really felt any attraction to men for the first forty years of my life. Was married and everything, no kids though, something I'm torn on whether I still want them or not TBH. Since I retired from the military, the urge to dress up and go out has definitely gotten stronger and once I started going out dressed casually, I found the urge comes around more and more often. It's always been kind of a cyclical thing for me, but as a younger guy I always had a opportunity coming up soon when the urge hit. Carnival, Mardi Gras, Fashing, costume parties, halloween. It's okay to let yourself experiment when the opportunities present themselves. The horror stories about being attacked or harassed seem to have become a thing of the past as I currently live in central Texas and I routinely go out in a dress and heels despite not being passable at all. For a long time I called myself a crossdresser, a straight guy with a fetish, but the more I let the real world interact with the real me, the less I feel like a sexual deviant going out in drag for the kink-factor and the more I realize I just plain prefer myself and being in public when I'm the femme me. I get pointed at, laughed at and some people stare, but it's much more rarely than I would ever have thought, and I'd say at least half the people pointing and laughing are simply doing so because I'm so unpassable. Most are actually curious when I say something like "Girlfriend dared me to walk a mile in a woman's shoes." or "Girlfriend said she'll let me run things in the bedroom the first night I spent all day walking around in heels, or knew what it felt like to be creeped on by guys for doing something so shocking as to be wearing a skirt on a windy day." I even once spent an entire week en femme on vacation by saying it was a project for my girlfriends Psychology class. They wanted people to publicly display abnormal behaviors specifically to note how many people even noticed, how many said or did something and so on, and to ask their thoughts if they approached. I said I deliberately picked something outlandish to be noticeable as I didn't want to do this for a long period, so I said I'd do it full time for the whole week we were out of town on vacation. Then told some funny stories about how people have been reacting. I've been doing things like that monthly for about five years now and though I'm still struggling with my weight, note losing weight after 40 is way harder than it was before, I don't think twice about changing to run into the local gas station or grocery store for a quick trip during the workday. I mostly avoid being out and about when the school age crowds are because kids struggle with enough confusion, but all day while they're at school, I'm mowing the yard in a summer-dress or working on my Jeep in ratty old denim skirt and T-shirt, and once the young ones are inside for the night, I walk for miles in a dress and heels or toss on the sports-bra, yoga pants and sneaks to run just to get in a little she-time as I work the Covid weight off. I started off going all out at every opportunity initially, but now that my hair is grown out, I don't need a wig. I did full-body laser hair removal for a dozen sessions, less than 3k here, so I can get away without shaving other than my face and armpits. Need to schedule another series to get it all, but Covid, nuff said. I have acrylic nails on almost constantly now and regularly leave them painted even when I'm not feeling particularly femme now. I even bought myself a women's bicycle for Christmas in the hopes that I'll ride it to the store for quick trips to save a little gas and sneak in a bit more working out come spring. I know I just wall-of-texted you, but what I wanted you to know is that it's okay to try things, most people aren't the monsters we always fear after hearing someone's horror story. When people get curious, tell them what you're doing and why and most will be interested, no just tolerant. The girls at the gas station love me to pieces every time I walk in with my girlfriend wearing a dress and heels with my hair down, nails on and face done right and she's in a hoodie, yoga pants and sneaks because we always come to my place in the country on weekends, which means we do me up first, then head to her place downtown so she can get dolled up when we decide to go out for dinner and dancing, or whatever.
