I think nailgun will be removed eventually. The only way to obtain extra quick launcher is killing revenant with explosive, breaking their corpses no longer give extra launcher. Only secondary fire from unmaker is really useful. To obtain leech, destroy demon tech troop with a headshot. I miss rescueable marines.
Using bullets for the nailgun hardly makes sense anyway, and I literally miss the Heavy Machine Gun. I also miss rescuable marines because they're the marines that make Project Brutality so fun to play.
So was the BFG "chain gun" removed? There used to be a weapon that would let you fire giant blobs of plasma at high speed, basically a super powerful plasma gun. It's not an option anymore?
There was also removed dark matter cannon, why bfg11k(gun, that you described) and DMC were removed, because new bfg mixing these 2 guns, but i still miss those 2 beasts
Nice showcase! Can i please ask why's there two different versions of Project Brutality now? The master and the staging, i'm really not up to date with the news, and i dont know if its even an official version or if its done by a completely different team
The master one is the one that players prefer the older style of Project Brutality, while the staging one is the current one. I think they are both made by the same team more or less.
The shotgun still has that weird moving barrel when you aim down the sight and shoot and thats bad. The whole gun should recoil, not just the barrel!? Everything else is perfect!
Dunno. I really don´t like too much this last build. They have removed several cool weapons (the only one I won´t miss is the Excavator) and specially enemies (like the Flesh Wizard, the Overlord and so many more) and lots of items. And the brutal executions are gone. I know they want something more quality over quantity but the appeal of PB is quantity by itself. In this build they have removed a lot and with BD latest version Brutal Doom looks much less messy and stable (sorry for the comparison, but it is like that). Hearing that they might remove the nailgun, one of my favourites, helps even less to appreciate this mod
Thats cause initally the LMG or Carbine were upgrades to the DMR but then they made the Heavy DMR which meant that they had to change the LMG to be an "upgrade" to the carbine

i wish someone did a melee only run of the normal doom maps (either the ogs or remakes), with executions allowed of course
It can take some time for sure but at least

funny how the lmg is WORSE than the carbine as the ADS is obstructed by the gun itself
