Sir i believe it will be more appropriate if you let the person being interviewed complete his/her answer and don't interrupt them. Because if you keep on completing their sentences or keep on reflecting your own state of mind it can cloud other person's mind who is being interviewed. I was once reading a book : an era of darkness by shashi tharoor. My teacher came and took the book from me and told me to study syllabus books. This historical books are not worth reading.
