I completely agree with Barrister Aitzaz Hasan. No senior counsel should hesitate to learn from a junior. A renowned medical doctor and professor, Dr. Alif Khan from Peshawar, had such expertise in his field that even Royal Medical students from England came to Peshawar for training during the final six months of their education. He confided that the key to his subject competency was his willingness to learn, even from a junior house officer.

Of all the teachers experience is the best one.And experience is a continuous process.Politeness and good behaviour along with honesty are the basic tools for a good lawyer.Never ever misbehave with a judge.Try to have a clear concept of legal theories and how they are applied in courts.It is true you cannot learn merely by reading statutory laws or memorising case-laws,which unfortunately have no consistency.Instead scholarly works can benefit,which openly discuss legal ideas and problems and open new horizons of unimaginable depth.

He wanted to join but Babar Awan doesn't like him. Babar Awan is close to Imran Khan. Aitzaz also have problem with Firdous Ashiq and Fawad when they were in PPP (both were close to Imran Khan).
