Linda Thornton...from my spinal injuries/disease...I can tell you that my inflammatory markers were through the roof!! My hs-CRP was 39.7 and after some prednisone for a little over a month...just 10mgs. per day...my hs-CRP level dropped to 5.9. I have numerous, large, and severe ruptured discs throughout my cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, and severe spinal stenosis and bone spurs compressing the nerve roots, etc... and arthritis in my neck, shoulders, hands, hips, knees, and ankles, and as bad as prednisone can be on your body; I’d rather take it and feel like a human being that can function a little without the pain just taking over my life. I’m not suggesting this for you...talk to your Dr., but it got my inflammatory markers way down!! When I’m not taking it, they go right back up! One other thing that helps keep it down a bit, is easy stretching, a tiny bit of exercise that I can tolerate. Also, magnesium and a B-Complex vitamin. I pray you find relief. God bless you! ❤️✝️
