I have this fragrance and love it! It’s a BEAST
I love tropical fragrances; they are more warm weather appropriate. But i get what Steven is saying, some tropical fragrances can be very sweet and have density enough to wear all 4 seasons. I have one called Lava Flow Cocktail from DUA, it has a summery vibe but the sweetness and rum make it a little gooey and strong enough to cut through cold weather.
I appreciate that you said it *doesn't* give off a tropical vibe. I'm a little tired of tropical scents, so I'm more inclined to try it. Thanks for the review!

I tried the Dua inspired version of this. They're usually fairly close on their re-creations. If it's true here, the coconut is like crisp, dry coconut, not sunscreen coconut oil scent.

I stopped doing blind buys. The best thing I did in years. Heard Black sea is Megamare (my fav) direction so ... One thing better than buying a great fragrance is buying two great fragrances :)

Recently the algorithm popped your channel on my feed and I subbed quite fast because the other typical channels get a bit repetitive. Never heard of this one! Will look for a sample 👍

If you like sampling or variety, look into the Dua brand. They often end up with "clones" that outdo the original its based on and range from $33 to $60 for 34 ml bottles or $20 for 10ml if available.
Their originals are hit or miss, but they're "inspired expressions" are good, especially for out of production or weak reformulations.
Oh, and there's a sale almost every month and if you don't buy out your cart they'll email you a discount code if there isn't a sale.
I'm not affiliated with them, just a satisfied customer that wants others to know about the great value.
I got my hubby a sample of this and he called me from work asking what the regime was he sprayed and to go get him a bottle. Usually with samples J get him he’s “meh” but not with Summer Hammer. Beast mode, getting in vacation tropics mode perfume. A quick pick me up, well blended!

I don't know how I missed seeing this when I ordered some others during recent sales at Dua. Reviews there are from December. I blame redolessence for not reviewing it sooner! Lol
I've gotten to the point where if something sounds interesting, the first thing I do is look to see if Dua has a version.
Having tested some decants against Dua's "inspired expression", I find the Dua usually ends up deeper, richer, and fuller than the original from brands like PDM and Roja, to name two. Plus, they're a good source of out of production scents. They've earned my loyalty with how their "clones" are better than originals.
On the flip side, their original scents have been more miss than hit for the few I've tried, but their honcho seems to like more powdery and floral or exotic than me.
My only request would be that they change the garbage super duper way too fine misting atomizer that has the product billowing away into the ether instead of landing on my skin unless I hold it so close that the extrait de parfum is just an oily patch that doesn't dry properly.
Anyway, bummed that I hadn't seen this or heard about it and searched when I was ordering others (and when it was in stock, sold out currently).

Happy Dust and Narco Oasis are short lived when compared to Dulce Diablo. But I do love the Narco Oasis and Happy Dust overall!
