The purpose of Creation can't be the worst of violence, or dramatic pains. So as a matter of act: we are not able to deal with our Creator's reality...

It is a declaration of HaShem.
9 “For as the heavens are higher than earth,
so are My ways higher than your ways,
and My thoughts than your thoughts.
10 For as the rain and snow
come down from heaven,
and do not return there
without having watered the earth,
making it bring forth and sprout,
giving seed to sow and bread to eat,
11 so My word will be that goes out from My mouth.
