Can you explain a little more about the Slope and Y-intercept? How do you know that your data ha all 4 parameters? Is it ok if we choose Non-linear 3 parameters to analyze your data in the video? Is it going to be a different result? Thank you so much!

No offense dear but need to tell you one thing........Your IC50 value is coming between 0.0100 and 0.0500 i.e. 0.01619. But if you observe your data it should come between 0.0100 and 0.0050. I am saying this because the 50% should come between intervals (45-58 or 36-60) but instead it is coming between intervals (24-45 or 27-36). Please check some steps may be missing.
