As someone who felt stuck in low elo, one of the biggest contributions to gaining confidence in fights was realizing everybody else was just as bad at the game as I was. From that point it was just slowly recognizing enemies bad habits and exploiting them while minimizing the amount of mistakes I was committing. It can take some time but the game will slow down and you'll find the game is more simple then it seems
During this stream, hooj said “don’t aim for the body, aim for the head.” As has been said millions of times, but he went on to say. “A whiffed headshot is 10x more valuable then a successful, purposeful bodyshot, aim for the smaller target.” I queued up a game after that, and downed all targets within 3 shots, to the point I got called a smurf. Val is my first fps, and I’ve only been playing a year, but Hooj has helped my growth exponentially.
I had only played controller for so long and never pc games and Val was the first pc game I played but I’ve been shooting in real life so I had real world xp and my aim was immediately good.
In the Marine Corps we do things rather close to this. One person enters covering one angle and then another follows to cover another angle but each enter in a line and follow in a manner in which they can support each other if needed
just a question, is it still possible to improve with a 90-120 fps? Or take ur gamepaly to the next lv? cuz idk if my fps is holding me back or its my skills
Am not woohoojin but im sure for 90-120 fps, it shouldnt be an issue unless maybe youre already immo or rad HAHA im sure theres laptop gamers that are high up in the ranks as well
Hell no 60 fps is enough never use anything but urself as an excuse. Not ur teamates not ur fps not ur keyboard not ur small mousepad or anything. If u want to improve u have to find mistakes u are doing and blame urslef cuz u aint improoving otherwise
I do your training almost everyday I have to take breaks in between because of mental health like I might play 3 or 4 days and play 2-3 games then do my training right after but there are days I’m not feeling it so I don’t play but I have seen some improvement in one week but is still panick in some gunfights and sometimes I feel like I’m not making progress but I’m still grinding but I don’t know how it will be 1 year from now and if your training will actually be effective of me reaching my goal of becoming platinum if I make diamond 💎 I will be happy I’m not looking to reach radiant but platinum 3 is the goal and if I reach diamond 1 I’m more than happy to stay at that rank
You can def reach plat/diamond w ass aim. Trust me im ass, and i reached it haha just get really comfortable w a agent, playing off your team and game sense is more important in lower elo.
