You don't need Fitbit premium. I've used a Versa 2 for two years and I never felt the need to buy it. Also the battery life isn't as bad as people are making it out to be. It can get the average user easily through the day.
I have the Pixel Watch 2. 1. The battery doesn't suck; it lasts all day. I cannot imagine the Pixel Watch 3 being worse. 2. I do not have the Fitbit Premium package and can track my fitness. Premium only adds "readiness and mood" data. Either your unit is massively defective or.......... Update: The new Pixel 3 45mm lasts 3 days.

The battery complaints are SO overblown for this watch.
Absolutely.. the watch outlasts my phone which makes it through the day lol way overblown in my opinion as well. I've had the watch for a week. And absolutely no issues. I don't sleep track maybe that's what they're complaining about? But it's like I go to bed at a certain time and wake when my alarm goes off.. what exactly does it need to track? Lol
Most people complain cuz they use it to track activity in outerspace when on their way to work on Mars! I can totally understand how that can be a problem!

Same with my first gen pixel watch, when I had it. I use all the features too, never really use battery saver or turn off AOD or anything.
@@ItsNicolauI charge the watch when I take my shower & leave it for 30-45 min max for a full charge. If I didn't activate night mode the watch may be at 75% when I wake up at 4 but no less. I charge my watch 10 to 12h before I wake up. The only time it went remotely close to dying I was listening to music from my watch for multiple hours... The music wasn't downloaded btw. For those who do lot of exercises, training they are better off with premium tracking watch like Fitbit Versa, Sense or Garmin watches.

I have the 45mm pixel watch 3 The bigger display is really good. The battery life is incredible. With AOD off i can get through a day and a half easily with sleep tracking and daily activities. Readiness score is coming to all Fitbit users, so you don't really need premium. I hope you have a video talking about the positive sides becos this seems very biased...
Pixel watch have a great battery, the only watch gonna be at it is apple watch ultra and basicly everything that Garmin pumped out around the same year, Soo pixel watch is a pretty decent watch for a lot of people

I've had my Pixel watch for three weeks. I've already unsubscribed from Fitbit premium. (6 free months with purchase). I installed Google Fit. It does all I need. Battery life seems really bad initially, but that's due to updating. Like any smartwatch, you'll be charging twice a day due to battery anxiety.

Got one for Christmas, the first Gen and it works well. I'm gonna buy some watch faces for it but it has had some updates so the battery and more is better

I've had the watch for more than a week now and it has significantly improved in that time, just like the Pixel smartphones. Still not Galaxy Watch 4 levels though. 3. Fitbit: It's not that bad. Apple Fitness also offers a subscription based option, so deducting points from Fitbit just because it has a paid option is objectively wrong. Fitbit non-premium still offers most of the functionality, just like Apple Fitness. Both subscription services are optional and definitely not neccessary. Most people probably don't need a subscription to their fitness app. But these are just my two cents and my own opinion.

When you say "not galaxy watch 4 levels", which one are you actually referring to? The base smallest galaxy watch 4 and 5 have almost the same exact battery life as the Pixel Watch. The ones that do better always tend to be the bigger watches because they end up packing bigger batteries lol

In order for sleep tracking to be useful at all, you need your watch to last ~28hrs on a charge. All day, then all night, then a couple hours to get it on a charger. Less than that and it's a pain.
Not really. I charge it for 20-30 minutes while I get ready in the morning and a short juice up before bed while I'm doom scrolling prior to falling asleep. Never need to charge more than that. I use the sleep tracking nightly.

My 2 year old Apple Watch Series 8 last all day and night with AOD turned on and doing some workouts, and I’ll still have about 20% battery left the next day. PW has terrible battery life..
@@johnarildramberg3132 I've noticed it heavily depends on the apps you download and what permissions are enabled. My PW2 gets about the same lifespan as the AW you described. However I downloaded a couple weather tracking apps that used the GPS with location enabled all the time and they were using like 30% of my battery throughout the day. I deleted them and just use them on my phone now. My PW2 only uses like 13% overnight for sleep tracking and like 40% through a whole waking day.

Exactly, just using it as a watch, heart rate, sleep and basic step monitoring, it lasts almost 48 hours. (Touch activated)

Try doing a marathon with gps enabled. The battery will last for 2 hours max, even with AOD turned off. It’s not good at all.
