St Asaph 200km Audax

A 200km Audax , riding from Stockport to St Asaph in Denbighshire Wales and back.
Along the way we'll be passing through Cheshire, Chester, Flint , over Halkyn Mountain and down to St Asaph.
Returning via Denbigh town and climbing over the Clwydian Hills Inc Moel Arthur and back through Chester, Helsby and Cheshire.

Great video, it looks like a very scenic route. I took notice when you stopped at the Shell gas station at 165km mark as that would have been my longest ride with my goal of 200km this year. I doubt I’ll finish it the way you did, not looking at all fatigued! Good job👍

Don't worry I'm always ready to put my feet up and have a sit down afterwards.
I'm sure you'll be fine with going up to 200km as165km/100miles is not to be sniffed at , so hat's off to you .
