See this is what happens when you have an intelligent analyst, who is a former basketball player and knows the players worth you won’t ever hear anyone on that panel except for JJ mention KP
I still wonder about Boston though. They have two major weaknesses, possibly 3. The first is interior defense against bigger teams, the other is late game shot selection-decision making, and finally mental toughness. The third one is major, something I believe they can overcome, but haven’t yet. March will reveal a lot, on the schedule, Dallas, Golden St., Denver, Phoenix x2, Bucks, and New Orleans.
JJ really a better analyst compared to others. Basing on stats, it looks like he watches games (watch his podcast, he states personal stats, he remembers plays etc), and he critiques on valid points with basis. Compared that to Perkins calling someone a bird brain when he does not personally know Mazulla. And no, he does not owe Rivers his career. Place him on another team at that time, he'd be a starter. He'd still be playing if not for the injuries.
For anyone who thought they were a championship calabur teams before this year... that is sad because they weren't, and if they did win, it wouldn't be praise to the Celtics but a knock on the rest of the league. I'm not saying they aren't a championship team now without (porzingis) because their firepower is crazy, but if they lose a championship without Porzingis I wouldn't be surprised, but with Porzingis, (on paper) playing correctly they are the favorite in most eyes. @@adolfBBC me too my guy. Bam, Herro, Robinson, Rozier will be crucial, and of course playoff Jimmy will just be too much
@@tytymomo6410 I'm also not delusional to the fact that I can see Boston blowing the heat out in one or two in a series. It really depends if the shots falling or not. KP is pretty streaky from 3 these days and heat have the type of scoring to mitigate his rim protection imo. Bam can set low post handoffs or even move around KP. I think celtics X factor is Jrue. He's one of the best defenders in league history and can also offer solid scoring. I just have a feeling Duncan rob herro and Jimmy will have some wild scoring nights
😂😅 Porzingis brings back the fanbase the Celtics had in the 80s
See this is what happens when you have an intelligent analyst, who is a former basketball player and knows the players worth you won’t ever hear anyone on that panel except for JJ mention KP
MJ and Larry in the McDonald’s commercial comes to mind immediately
JJ is a luxury for First Take!
Trust Kristaps Porziņģis, especially the playoffs, at your own peril
JJ you smoking Sixers not beating Celtics in a 7 game series no matter who the Sixers have😂😂😂
I disagree with that whole heartly
@@mario6150 yes bc they beat the Celtics last year without KP and Jrue so they'll Def have more of a chance now 😂
JT 51 points game 7@@BarryBlockZay617
Philly couldn't even beat them last year 😂 Philly hasn't got past Boston since the 80s
IN JJ WE TRUST. NOW WE TALKING SPORTS BABY
Took us since having KG to realize we needed a big man 🙄
JJ really a better analyst compared to others.
The Bucks are a first round exit. Can’t wait to see it again 😂
He has a great point. They're beating teams with ease.
I only say on paper because there is only 1 ball and there are a handful of teams that are top heavy enough to win it all.... (clippers - healthy 76er's)
nice one JJ!!
Taytum is the better than M.J., Magic, Bird, Steph, Doc, Russell, A.I., Mamba, LBJ. Sprinked up on pax.
Bam: I don't think so.
Heat in 7
I’m a kings fan, but this season feels more like Clippers vs Celtics in the finals. If not the bucks in there somewhere and Minnesota
Glazing a 3rd option like this is diabolical….
Why JJ always got an attitude on first take like relax bruh seems like he’s popping a blood vessel for no reason
Celtics4Life!!!!! Leggo, good take JJ
Unlike the other people JJ actually watches basketball down to every single detail, love the former player takes man seriously
It’s pretty obvious …KP hasn’t lost a step from playing with the wizards
This way i rocks with JJ. U going to say what he say
If Boston can avoid Miami then they’ll be fine
If anything when i listen to a NBA player analyze sports their takes are way more respected and accepted from me.
I mean Celtics have a god squad, it’s EMBARASSING if they don’t win it this year
bravo JJ Redick
