I believe your reward for getting to trophy mania on hard mode is 3x scoring during trophy mania, and you get your initials in the coveted Trophy Mania Master high score board!
I like the le because of the ant man returns but I also hate it because of the marvel ramp. It reminds me of Led Zeppelin and I despise that ramp with how inconsistent it is
Sorry for the dumb question, but when you have balls trapped on left flipper, how are you able to operate the top left flipper at the same time without losing the balls trapped below?
Not a dumb question at all! It's called staged flipping. Each flipper button is actually a stack of two switches, one for the lower flipper and one for the upper flipper(s). If you half-press the button you will only activate the first switch for the lower flipper.
@@daved2403 It's also dependent on the machine itself. Some games, it's easy to do this, where other games, it's not even possible. It's wise to make it a habit to test and see how easy it is to stage flip before plunging the first ball when you start a game.
Dunno why, but I like this game less than the other KME pins!! It is really good, but the other 3 ( specially Godzilla) are amazing! It looks very good, but Maiden, and Godzilla look way better! These are only my opinions
@@Vriess123 My favourite KME game right now is Godzilla! Sorry for hopping on the bandwagon, but lie Karl said in a stream, that game is so phenomenal!!
Insane control on that Thor multiball near the end. Cool under pressure. You basically let that drain on purpose at the end, right? Didn't even nudge that outlane!
The add-a-ball was insanely clutch too. The pass and then nerve to hit the add-a-ball just poking out to the left of the stupid spinner, haha. There was no way he was getting back into another Thor multiball for the trophy.
Hmmm, tough call indeed. TWD is one of the best DMD-era Sterns but has some infuriating qualities to it for me with the feeds and the repetitive shots. Both are phenomenal games. I sold mine a while back and do miss it a bit. It's a solid trade, but I think you need to ask yourself if you would be upset if you couldn't easily get another TWD in the future if you do miss it. That kind of thought is driving a lot of my decisions these days with where pricing and availability have gone. Avengers are everywhere at this time, and I don't believe production is ending on them. TWD, while not a shallow game by any means, doesn't have the same depth and breadth as AIQ. I know that's not exactly a direct answer but I hope it helps some.
@@IEPinball Thanks Karl. Really appreciate you taking the time to put some thought towards that! The same guy offered me to trade his Avengers premium for my recently shopped up White water which turned out really nice. That is a pretty darn good valuation on my white water. I had to think about it for a couple days but just said that I think I have to keep my white water so then he threw out the offer on my walking dead. But yes same to what you were saying it is a lot harder to come by a nice white water at a reasonable price than it is to find an Avengers which are everywhere as you mentioned! Plus I spent a lot of blood sweat and tears shopping up white Water! I think I'm leaning towards keeping my walking dead. Now if he's interested in my Ghostbusters that might be another story 😁
23:10 the spinner bonks that 50M point shot in for you!

@@IEPinball Thanks! I imagine it takes practice to get proficient at it, but sounds like a clever solution.

So avengers is basically a lane shooting table?

Did you have to install coil fans on this when you had it and/or upgrade your coils?
I had PinMonk fans on it. Really helped for the longer games.

Bravo 👏👏👏
Hey Karl. Someone wants to trade my TWD (and some cash) for Avengers Premium. What do you think? You know this game inside and out!!! Thanks!
